Charles and associate came to install, also professional and knowledgeable about the blinds, answered questions and completed perfect installations of 5 various size windows and sliding door! These blinds are high quality custom made. You will not be disappointed.

Michael, the owner of the Window Blinds Direct, responded my text and email very efficiently. He answered all my questions and concerned.
The detailed quote is very compatible to other companies. The technician came and measured the windows on schedule. They are very easy to communicate with.
On the installation day, the installer arrived on time and installed the six blind panels within a hour and half. He explained all the function of the controller and the charger for the motor.
