When we moved in to our home, the previous owner had only put shutters on 1/2 the windows. So I reached out to windowblindsdirect based on the positive reviews on homestars. They were able to produce something comparable to what we already had for our remaining windows at a reasonable cost. The whole process was quick and efficient. I provided my window measurements to Michael over email and received a quote promptly. Charles came a few days later for final measurements. He was even able to recommend a solution for an additional arch window. 2 weeks later Charles returned with a colleague to install the shutters on a total of 8 windows. They were quick, it took just over an hour. The finished product looks great. Charles and Michael were great to deal with. We would certainly recommend windowblindsdirect!

From start to finish we were very satisfied.

Michael came out to g our house and gave us a great quote on blinds and followed it up by having is crew come out to do final measurements. During the process of waiting for them to be made, during installation, and after, Michael and his crew made sure to keep us informed of what was taking place. The blinds installed where exactly like the ones that we were shown during the visit and we are extremely satisfied and would highly recommended them for their great service and pricing.

Michael was awesome! He was honest about price, quality and wasn't trying to upsell us on a product we didn't need. He listened to our requirements and helped us with colour matching and the most suitable material and style for our needs. Product was ready quickly and exactly what we wanted. The installer was fast and efficient. Michael's advice on colour was accurate. Thank goodness we listened to him and didn't go with a darker colour! The blinds look amazing, the room looks so much larger and the flow is better. Loved our experience and would recommend Windows Blind Direct in a heartbeat!!

The blackout curtain for the bedroom required to be the length of the wall as the divider for the rest of the open space condo is a frosted glass wall lending a lot of light in. I appreciated the quick response, selection, and advice.
I also had a small space were I neede a blind to give more privacy to guests sleeping in the den which Windo Blinds Direct was able to accommodate.
Given the size of the project not all companies would have been as responsive or provided this level of service. It was greatly appreciated.

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience. After having gone through several quotes from salesman after salesman, it was refreshing to meet Michael who just wanted to provide what was best for the client without pushing us one way or another.

During the initial assessment, Michael took his time measuring, asking the right questions, and making appropriate suggestions.
