With a very short timeline between taking possession and actually moving into our home (3.5 weeks), we had the great fortune of being introduced to Vince of Lotza Electrical Services by Louie at "Ceiling Stucco Removal - The Ceiling Specialist". Vince stepped up to the plate and worked with us to achieve "lotz" in that short time including:
Supplied and installed LED pot lights;
Hung pendants/fans where none existed;
Exchanged fixtures inside and out;
Installed a 220 V power line for our new appliances;
Installed electrical outlets (garage doors);
Created new receptacles;
Fished electrical cables through walls and across ceilings;
Provided electricity where we needed it;
Added circuit breakers;

Vince designed/placed all our pot lights, recommended LED vs. halogen (which was the right decision) and became a welcome fixture during our reno (thank goodness!). I now understand Vince's philosophy that you can never have enough light!
Vince did what needed to be done and much more at a very fair price.
Vince also advised us when something (on our electrical 'wish list') was not a worthwhile venture (he cares!). Via telephone, Vince stepped us through fixing one of our central vac outlets (not an electrical issue as we thought) which saved us money by solving the problem ourselves. Great service, tremendous advice!!

Vince was great, pot lights in the kitchen and office solved our lighting issues there, hanging new fixtures, installing new smoke and Co detectors as well as bathroom fans that all needed upgrading.

The Lotza team was great in helping us bring our recently purchased 80+ year old home up-to modern electrical standards. The entire house was knob and tube which was replaced quickly, affordably, and without damage to walls or ceilings. We also renovated the kitchen and bathrooms with modern appliances and fixtures. The project came in on budget with a clear and detailed itemization of all costs which I appreciate.

Buying a 92-year old home comes with its issues and trying to find the right people to trust to do the right job is a whole other story. We were lucky enough to have a reliable contractor (Reliable Handyman) that works with the one and only Lotza Electrical Services! Vince started work on the house right away – and it wasn’t easy! There was a lot of amateur electrical work done and he fixed it all. He installed 19 pot lots, under cabinet lighting, motion sensors outside our home, and many other electrical work as well. He provided his professional (and personal) opinion when asked and he knows his stuff! He worked long and hard hours and was always available to talk about any electrical question that I had – and I had A LOT! I have referred him to my family and friends because is the best person to get the job done right and on time! We have more work to do around the rest of the house, and Vince and his team will be our go-to electricians. Thanks Vince!

Vince replied quickly to my request via the Lotza Electrical Services facebook page and arrived within a short time frame to provide a fair quote. He showed up on the day he scheduled with me on time and sent me a reminder text the morning before he arrived. He and his co-worker were efficient and installed LED pot lights in my kitchen and laundry. I am very happy with the work they did and the service they provided.

Vince hooked up my outdoor hot tub and put in the electrical for landscape lighting. His price was competitive and his responsiveness and workmanship were great. Got everything installed and certified right on schedule.
