The product is high quality and very effective. The designer/installer was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. His workmanship was excellent, he was always on time and responsive. We would certainly recommend him to others.

Just got our cabinet shelving installed. Happy with the quality and beautiful look of the slide out drawers and trays. Nowadays with space being a premium, it's great to maximize storage and their ease of access.
Jon is a good installer - knows what he's doing and most helpful. He even helped with other misc diy items when we asked.
Our designer has been in touch and hopefully the few items requiring adjustments will be resolved with no problem. Will update on this later.

We had 13 new pullout shelves installed. I love this product! They work like a charm.
I have more space without a doubt and so much less frustration trying to find things.
I know for sure that I will be throwing out less outdated food now that I can actually
see what is in my cupboards. Caroline and Jon we great. The job was done professionally
and efficiently. One small adjustment needed to be made to complete the job.

My pantry was 4 shelves of clutter. Shelf Genie was able to add 2 more shelves, and created thoughtful placements to ensure that I could access my most frequently used items quickly and easily.

ShelfGenie installed 2 Lazy Susans and various drawers to increase space and accessibility. We are delighted with the work and are already thinking of additional projects for them.

We saw an ad in the Vancouver Sun, felt that it filled a need in our lives and went to the Home Show to see the company about getting a quote. They approached our cabinets with a high degree of professionalism. The measurements and the actual installation of the shelves was about as painless as any comparable project we have had in our apartment. I don't think the new shelves gave us more storage in the end (we had to do some shuffling to get everything to fit), but they definitely gave us more accessible storage throughout the kitchen and the bathroom. The shelves are not cheap, but they are top quality and worth the investment, probably helping to give us another 20 years in our suite.

Amazing people..on-time and the installer is a very good carpenter as well so he will tweek things and make the new shelves..not good but perfect! Added value for our home...would recommend them to anyone..

We recently purchased an older home with a beautifully updated kitchen...the only thing missing was a functional pantry. With four kids and frequent Costco runs, a pantry that was capable of storing loads of food in an organized manner was critical so I began looking for solutions. I had heard of ShelfGenie before so I Googled a local dealer and found Caroline. Within days we were in my kitchen discussing my family's storage needs in detail and in the end, she came up with a design that was just right. Six weeks later the shelves were installed and I couldn't be happier with them. They made this huge cabinet with deep static shelves exponentially more useful! Yes, the pull-outs were a little pricey (these ones were roughly CAD$2600) but I swear they are worth every penny. If you are thinking about installing pull-out shelves in your home, don't even give it another thought. Go for it! I promise you won't regret it.

Jon arrived at the arranged time with all my new shelves and his equipment. He worked diligently to install the shelving in an efficient manner. I was asked whether I would like to keep the one shelving and when I declined, they where speedily removed from the house. Jon demonstrated how to use the system correctly and provided contact details if I had further questions.
Jon left the house very clean and tidy.
