You Move Me Vancouver

I needed a very heavy dining suite moved on short notice and was able to get a booking in just two days. The guys were on time, super friendly, and took great care, not only with the furniture, but also in wrapping stair railings to ensure nothing at all got scuffed or damaged. When it was all done they gifted me with a mini ponytail palm plant. I happen to have a small obsession with ponytail palms. It's like they knew me. I would certainly hire again!

From quote day to unload day, absolutely exceptional service! All the most positive adjectives to describe both Jeff and Nico: Professional, efficient, pleasant, and responsible. The move from beginning to end was done with care and expertise. Respectful of all the items: no matter how small or inexpensive and even of the environment - removal of shoes etc. Attention was paid to all the little details - even though it was a big move and lots of things were involved. We felt complete trust with these guys and would absolutely recommend them to everyone. Yes, it cost a bit more, but my things are important to me and I'd rather them be done right and with someone reputable. The whole move was seamless and despite the awful weather and snow conditions, everything was still incredibly on time, and even more amazing, was that in -20 something weather, these guys maintained complete professionalism, skill, and even a great sense of humour and friendliness! Wrap and move clients furniture to storage unit while renovating home. Crew arrived on time and had great apperance. Worked efficiently and completed the work quickly. Happy to recommend to friends and family.

Excellent job from the first conversation for an estimate until they drove away after our move. Professional and respectful, our movers, Shawn, Nick and Aaron — were fast, always had a smile on their face and treated our furniture and equipment as if it was their own. They also treated each other with consideration and kindness and it was a pleasure to interact with them. Couldn't ask for a better move.

Our mover, Mike, was great. Very professional and courteous. The guys were super fast with the loading from 3 different locations. My bill even came in under the estimate!

The guys came at a moments notice to get us out of an emergency situation. They realized that I was very stressed. They were calm, professional and just said "point at what you want moved and we'll take care of it". And they did.

The move with Mike and Waheed went very smoothly. The Bungoboxes and the library cart were the best.

Both Mike and Waheed’s customer service and professionalism was super. Everything that I asked from them was delivered and done exceptionally.

Moved items out of basement into mobile storage unit. Packed the unit for transport and storage. Phil and Andy did great job.

OUTSTANDING ISSUE - I spoke with Curtis from head office re a one day special of $50 off and he confirmed that I would receive this on a job over 1 hour minimum. I did not and have not heard back on this issue. Thanks.
