We are so happy with the exterior Man door, Steve and Randy did a great job. Steve is a real Master when it comes to framing and Brick work. He also assisted with the drawings needed for permit and worked with me on getting the approval.
Once completed, they ensured that everything was cleaned up.

Steve had promised once completed we wouldn't even know there wasn't a door there before. and he was true to his word. So very pleased with the work done.

W e encountered an unexpected complication when having a gas furnace installed in our house, which had previously been all electric.
To direct the vents to the part of the house which had a solid concrete block and brick support wall, it was necessary to have two holes cut out. Understandably' this was a source of great concern as any shift in the support wall would affect the stability of the upper wall and the roof.
Steve provided us with a detailed estimate, which was reasonable considering the work involved. His assistant, Taylor, really took his time and was very careful with the appearance of the existing wall covering.
We are very happy everything went so smoothly. A big thank you to Steve and Taylor!!

Steve and Taylor were phenomenal. From the start, they were kind, honest, clear, extremely helpful, and thorough. They communicated effectively and regularly and went above and beyond multiple times throughout the project. We would highly recommend them; they made a daunting project feel extremely simple and we are extremely pleased with the results.

Let me start off by saying it is refreshing to find honest and trustworthy people like Steve . I had a discussion with Steve regarding the problem I had with the deteriorating bricks and part of the foundation of the side and back of the house. When Steve came over to take a look at the problem he greeted me in such a way one would think we knew each other for a long time. Upon seeing the problem he immediately assured me that he can fix it and proceeded to tell me what can be done and sent me an email outlining same and a price which I thought was extremely fair.

When Steve and Taylor came over to start the job, they were friendly, professional and did exactly what Steve said he would do including waterproofing. They did an amazing and fantastic job, they got the exact same bricks as the rest of the house and you could not tell the difference and they tidied up when finished.

The owner of Clayson Construction is an extremely likeable person who is one of the most qualified constructors I have ever met. They removed the wall brick and installed a new window in my ensuite bathroom. The window looks like it was originally installed and passed inspection with flying colours.

We are very pleased with the repair Steve and Samantha completed on our stone window sills and stress cracks at the corner of the foundation. The estimate provided a clear detailed description of what the job entailed. The window sill joints were ground out and partially filled with masonry then finished with polymeric caulking. Steve also repaired stress cracks in the foundation wall. A few bricks had to be removed, a corner section of concrete cut above and below grade, the section was formed and replaced with poured concrete. The brick was replaced, mortared and the interlock replaced and filled with polymeric sand.
The work executed was professional and meticulous. We highly recommend Clayson Construction and are looking forward to having Steve and Samantha return in 2022 to stucco the foundation walls.

Steve originally quoted the replacement of damaged bricks but that turned into a much larger issue with deterioration of areas under the brick and errors made by the builder when the house was originally built. He meticulously repaired all necessary areas, waterproofing as needed and did a wonderful job. This is the second time we've used Clayson and would highly recommend them. True craftmanship!

We recently had some brick replacement, repair to mortar joints and cracks at the quoins as well as cracks in a cement walkway repaired by Clayson Construction Services. Steve was great to work with, he and Samantha were professional, and worked efficiently. The project was completed within the estimated timeline and budget. We would not hesitate to recommend or work with them again

Steve, Samantha and Kyle came to the rescue in the fall of 2020 when my garage was leaking very badly as a result of a botched job by a another guy. Although they were quite booked up Steve was kind enough to fit me in . They did excellent work and were able to get the job done before the cold weather set in. I was very impressed with their professionalism, construction skills, work ethic, promptness and attention to detail.
This summer Steve and Samantha returned to do some landscaping along the side of my garage and replace wooden driveway curbs with precast concrete. They worked collaboratively with me to come up with a vision and worked hard and steadily in the heat and humidity to make the vision a reality in short order. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Had some major cracks in the outer foundation of my home from where a car hit. Shifted bricks and cracked the mortar.
They came out and gave a great quote.
They fixed the bricks and mortar and made it look amazing. So pleased.
