We bought a new house so naturally we wanted to change the locks. Sol was super responsive and highly professional in doing his job. We rekeyed a lock (a complicated keypad lock - Sol wasn't sure if he could initially do it, but ended up being able to -- I appreciated his honesty), changed a lock, and added a bolt to a door. All done very quickly and professionally. Very pleasant to work with him -- highly recommend his services!

Holiday Weekend and my deadbolt wouldn’t open - yikes! After a quick 8am call, someone was onsite within 2 hours. Not only did he fix the problem and take the time to explain what happened, he checked my other doors to make sure everything was ok. Definitely would recommend this company.
