Euro Choice Windows & Doors

I chose Euro Windows because I was impressed with Salik the salesman and the price was the best out of 5 companies. I had 19 windows replaced and chose a different design so was quite nervous of the outcome. I phoned to inquire about the results and Dube (person who made the windows) was awesome at relieving my worries as he texted me pictures of the finished product! They are beautiful! The installers Eugene and Boris did a great job installing all the windows in one day! They cleaned up so I had nothing to do but admire my new windows! Thank you to all at Euro Windows for a great experience and great looking windows! If you are looking for Windows I highly recommend them.

Installers were very professional and neat with the work they did. They covered my carpets and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciated that Dube came afterwards to check on the job. I love my new windows and cannot wait to do the rest of the windows!

Well this is a wonderful man, Dube, and company. They make their windows in the factory on property. Their prices were very good, having compared other quotes. The quality of the windows is without question. Given our job was basement windows, and to comply with city bylaws we also ordered an egress window. Its function is to open from the side and from the bottom, allowing a way to escape should their be a fire. It functions perfectly. My husband installed himself, so we did not use Dube's team to install. We will shortly be ordering sliding doors, so I would highly recommend him to anyone.

After some initial miscommunication with the sales rep, the owner Dube was very cooperative in settling the matter with me. The crew was professional and informative and Dube showed up as the crew was finishing to explain some things to me and to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. There were one or two things I questioned and they were righted immediately. He even purchased a door handle as compensation for my trouble. I would strongly recommend this company and have already shown Dube some things I would like to have done in the future.

Euro choice came highly recommend by a friend that used them in the past. I am very pleased with the entire experience and happy that I choose to use them. The sales guy was very informative and knowledgeable, the price was right, and the quality of the windows and the workmanship was exceptional. Good quality windows and door. Very disappointing that the installers left a lot for me to clean up (including broken glass) after installing the windows and worse, when they installed the door, they left me with what they knew was a defective deadbolt that locked me and my family out of the house. I had to call an emergency locksmith and pay over $250 to have the deadbolt replaced, which also ended up scratching my brand new door around the deadbolt. Unfortunately can't recommend this company to anyone, especially since they were aware of what had happened and didn't do anything about it.
