3 wonderful men took care of our furniture, re assembled our beds and in all were wonderful to work with, would highly recommend.

I contacted My City Movers to move my mom from Vancouver to Vancouver Island. From the first point from the customer service team through working with the movers and then settling the invoice, I was very much impressed with the company and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The guys that moved my house were super friendly, professional, hard-working, and always thinking FOR me, which greatly reduced the stress of my 'move day'. Even though I was advised that wardrobe boxes would be included in the truck, there were none on the day of the move. But Travis and Greg (lead movers) were right on top of it, and said they had a solution right away. Their confidence and knowledge in what they're doing made my move virtually stress-free. They consulted with me regularly with diplomacy and respect. Nothing was broken, they came in right at the quote with no extra fees, as well as with the time allotment. There were 4 guys in total and they ALL were rockstars. I could tell they really cared about me during my move, not just in moving my stuff from one location to the next. I will recommend My City Movers to everyone!

The Movers team arrived on time, very punctual. They were very careful in handling the boxes, no damage or breakage experienced. In a couple of hours they have completed the tasks. They've done a great job! Thanks to the TEAM!

Simply Amazing. Every step of the experience was smooth and satisfactory. From their great customer service over the phone, to the courteous professional, friendly movers that showed up, the moving experience was superb. We are in the midst of clearing out our house for some renovations. My city movers was able to get me a booking very quickly and was able to help us move a massive amount of items from our house into our container that we could not have moved otherwise. The crew worked fast and they were courteous and professional throughout the process. Their customer support rep was also excellent in that she responded very quickly to answer any questions that I had, and helped make the process of booking with them quick and painless. The whole process went smoothly and I would recommend them for any moving needs.

Great job Congratulations. I was moving from one address in Burnaby to another. You guys came through. You arrived when you said you would. Although it was a small move (I don't have much stuff), your two movers gave it all their attention, worked hard and were careful of my fragile stuff. Well one! I will recommend you to any of my friends who are moving .
