Window Rama By Paul

This was the second time we have used Windowrama for window replacement. Two years ago we had all the windows in our home replaced except the windows in our master bath because we were planning to remodel and unsure how the new bathroom layout would be. Paul was easy to work with and the installers were terrific as well. Instead of replacing with a picture window, we opted for two large, double-hung windows with privacy glass. We are extremely satisfied with the results.

I was especially pleased with the WR crew, Alexy was the crew leader and the entire crew was very professional. They were plesant to be around, answered my questions and above all did quality work. My profession is construction inspection and I have worked on many projects with many different contractors. The WR crew is one of the best I have seen in my 20 plus years. Kudos to Alexy and his crew, it is apparent the WR's hires the right people and invests in the training of their people. The crew in the field is the face of the copmpany and their crew is top rate. It is a pleasure to do business with a firm such as Windowrama, top quality product, excellent prices, first rate installation crews, and great customer service. I strongly recommend them, they are a 10 STAR company.

We replaced all the double casement windows in our 1967 fieldstone house with Windowcity Designer Series windows. All are double casement windows, except for the one in the kitchen over the sink, which looks out into the backyard. We replaced the double casement that was there with an awning window. We had the "between glass" blinds installed in all the windows, as well as the interior trim replaced and the window interiors painted.
Overall, I am ecstatic with my new windows! My wife and I can be "nit picky" and there just wasn't much to pick about! Anything we had an issue with, and there wasn't much, was taken care of promptly and properly.
We will be replacing our front door at some point soon (I hope) and Windowrama will be our first call! We recommended Windowrama to a friend, who we'll call "frugal with high expectations" :), and she is also using them to replace all the windows in her house!

I found Windowrama online and remembered seeing the company signs in yards around this area. We got estimates from them as well as from two other companies… a well known local window company and from the local direct hardware store. Paul came out to our house and spent a good amount of time with us going over what we were looking to do, including all the series and options that they had to offer. He was very personable and professional. He by FAR gave us the best estimate for a great product that had exactly the features we wanted.
We decided to have the interior trim replaced with the installation and the window interiors painted as well (exterior is maintenance free). The installation went well. The caulking on the outside was done neatly and soundly. The new trim installation was done very neatly as well. It took a few days for the paint crew to become available, but Paul and the paint crew did their best to make it as convenient as possible for us! Rodger and his crew did the painting. They were also friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful whenever we had questions. A few small flaws in the woodwork of the windows and trim and all the nail holes were neatly filled and are no longer discernible. I had very little cleanup to worry about after either the installation or the painting, which was wonderful!

We had 14 Windows installed by Windowrama. We searched just about every window company and had many of them out for an estimate. Paul our consultant from Windowrama was great!! We were able to choose from 8 different manufacturers and learn the differences between them all to make the best decision. Everything went just fine the installers made good conversation, they cleaned their work area above and beyond what I expected, and more professional than I hoped for. I told the installers as they were leaving that I was going to call to say how well pleased that I was with their performance. It was an A+!! As for my sales experience, it was great as well!! It was more like dealing with a friend than any salesman it was an A+ as well!! We love our new windows!

From start to finish we had a good experience with WIndowRama. We sought out three companies who had done work in our local area recently and had good ratings on Homestars, then talked to each of them, seeking quotes and getting a feel for the companies. WIndowRama was very professional. They were informative, but didn't push a hard sales pitch. We appreciated the points they made and the way they made their case for the value and quality of the windows we ultimately chose. It meant something to us that Windowcity windows are very efficient, made in Canada and designed for our climate. We also appreciated the fact that they worked with us to make it affordable too. The installation was fantastic, and all the windows and sliders were installed the same day. Their crew was professional, expert, and efficient. Especially nice was the way they cleaned up at the end of the day and hauled off the trash to dispose of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend WIndowRama to others.

Overall, the experience was very good. The approximate cost included all new pro-lined windows in the entire home. The price was reasonable for the quality of the work. The technicians were always prompt and courteous, as well as professional. During this process, they were respectful & kept my home tidy, which I appreciated. I had a bathroom window that was over a tub, which is in a difficult spot, and they did an excellent job with that. I am very satisfied with the final result. I would highly recommend Windowrama to anyone with window needs!

It went great from start to finish. Started with Paul the owner of WindowRama coming out to our home to give us an estimate. He was great, and didn't try to sell us like so many other home improvement companies. We looked at all our options and he pointed out that we didn't need to replace every window. That was nice, and no one else did that for us out of all the other companies that came out to our home. The installation went really well, the installers started at 11:00 am and finished around 6:00 pm, they were very clean and took the time clean up after their selves. They also did a wonderful job on the windows, it seems as if our home was built around the windows they installed. I feel as if I made a great choice, although it wasn't very hard after reading all the reviews here on Homestars.

Pauls crew did a splendid job! I have never had a company to present itself as professional as they did. It was a large job and took several weeks of work so we got to watch the craftsmanship that went into the process. The superior talents of the crew were more than we expected. We couldn't find any problems when the job was complete! That's saying something for me, I can always find something that was not done "right". A home appraisal surprised us when we found the value of our home had gone up $40,000, that's 3 times more than the job cost.

From the first contact to the last they were wonderful to work with. They always kept me informed, and I have to mention especially the work crew (Andrew, Alexy and Paul) was splendid, not just professional (clean and quick) but friendly and very helpful above and beyond for my special circumstance. I have a very small cottage, and lots of stuff up against the windows, but I am handicapped and couldn't help clear pathways for them so they did it all themselves very cheerfully. I couldn't ask for more.
And as for the windows, they are not only beautiful, and beautifully installed, but the house is so quiet now! Thank you so much, Windowrama!

WindowRama is a great company. Beginning with sales, Paul came out and explained everything in detail, and WindowRama was the only company that brought along samples of the products they use, along with explanation on the quality. Their prices are very competitive. All of the windows and doors are made in Toronto and I like the fact that they are made in the Canada. It was easy to speak with their office personel. Lory was especially helpful throughout the process. Everyone who stepped foot in my house was polite, knowledgable and helpful, from sales, measurements, and installation. They did a gorgeous job. Originally, I had ordered 3 windows and 2 doors and I was so happy with the result that I called them back to do the rest of the house. The windows and doors are beautiful and I couldn't be happier. This is a superb company that puts the needs of the customer first.
