Bruce provided exceptional two way communication, and he created an expectation of a superior window and installation. This standard was exceeded, will use him again for any exterior work I choose to do.

Bruce and his lovely wife came and listened to our needs, helped us choose the right look and made sure that our needs were met. Because of the Christmas holidays and the fact that one of the doors was special order, we had to wait, but were kept well informed of the progress. Installation was fast, clean and efficient. A well appreciated follow up call was made to us to make sure everything was working fine and that we were still completely satisfied, and it was and we were.
