Racoons removal

Pest & Animal Control review in Toronto

Three different companies came and no one found the entrance door for the racoons.

Louis came and 10 minutes after he found the key entrance.
Louis is really professional, polite, efficient and thorough. I definitely recommend him to anyone who has racoon issues.

Lou demonstrated excellent customer service from the outset. He listened to our concerns and needs and responded with the up most of care. He was not satisfied until not only the safe capture and release was completed but wanted to ensure the incident was not repeated. He offered excellent support and help and addressed the problem at it's source with a dryer vent which prevented any future occurence.

Wildlife Removal

Everyday I would come home to a mess in my garage made by racoons until I actually realized the raccoons were living in my garage! Finally decided to call someone and decided to call Louis. prevention of voles, raccoons, birds

We had noise in the downpipe to the basement. Called 6 companies. However it was Sunday at 5 PM. Several of these companies claimed 24/7. Not one company called. When I called Louie he answered his phone at 6 pm. He advised me he could not be there until Monday morning. I waited for someone to call who would come that evening. By 9 PM no one had called. I then called Louie back and told him he had the job. He showed up promptly on Monday and we went from there. Problems solved. thanks Louie

Its Was an absolut pleasured to be able to help you out with your problem .yes unfortunaly Many companies claimed to be 24/7 but they only have answer machine after hours ,we do ours best to answer each and every call we received , even in the middle of the night we will do ours best to answer the phone ( of course sometime we may not heard the phone as we do some very long day ) if anything happen to ours work give me a call and I'll be happy to resolved the issue again for you . It's was a pleasure to help you out , we always help ours customer with the best of our knowledge , we always explain everything and ours customer are the one who decided what they want to have done if they want to have any prevention work ( we highly recommend to have prevention done when someone have some invaders ) we usely try to do our work on the same visit but sometime we don't have enough day time to do work on the same day( depending on how long the previous job as take us )

Removal of birds in attic

My daughter was hearing noises in her ceiling. I called Louis and he came out promptly . He took pictures on the roof of the holes and the nest. He gave me several options , and priced my job fairly . He is reliable , polite, and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend him.

Taking pictures should be done by any contractor so customer can see and understand properly what happen on your house and what should be done ( mostly when work are done on roof as most people's are not equip and just can't get on roof or ladder to see the situation so this way we can informe our customer properly) the previous contractor add put screen mesh into your dryer vent and plug the vent what cause your dryer to die, dryer vent should never been screen ( but unfortunately 95%of wildlife control do put screen mesh in dryer vent) other than killing your dryer it's will cause condensation inside and out your wall and can cause house fire as well ,vent screening are agains building code rules!!!
We where very happy to solved all your little issue

Louis showed up promptly and investigated the issues. They were thorough in their searches and determined my issue was not raccoons as I suspected but rats. They put me on to someone who specializes with rats as he felt my issue was beyond his scope which I thought was very professional.
