I am a very picky and particular person. I have nothing but the utmost praise for A1 Checkmate wild life removal.
The serviceman came on time - a bonus already. He worked fast and very efficiently, managed to find and remove humanely a bat that had hidden in my basement.
The wild life proofing went very well indeed, and I followed his recommendations - optional, no pressure at all - to upgrade to better protection products; I am very glad I did.

We had raccoons in the ceiling and in between our 1st and 2nd floor in a very tough spot. Louie was very knowledgeable and professional. Louie was a real professional . He set a one way door at the access point and one by one all the "teenagers" left the garage to join their mom, just like he said they would. Great job.

Louis provided an outstanding, humane service to this raccoon mom and her babies. He safely removed them and even brought the babies to show my mom who has Alzheimers. Made her day! He installed wire meshing so mama can't re-enter the house and a complimentary meshing on the other side. Gave us 5 year warranty on his service which no other company could provide. Highly recommend this company. We have hired Louis twice, once 7 years ago for a pigeon problem and more recently for a raccoon living in our attic. I especially appreciated that the prevention he provided was subtle.. Louis offered colour match on our aluminum dormers and spray painted the roof vent covers black to blend right in.
