I was very pleased with Stephen"s knowledge and efficiency. I hadn't a return call from him confirming his arrival; however, he was right on time. We live in an older home and he answered any concerns I may have had. Once more, he left the area very clean. I would recommend his services to any of my friends, or colleagues.

When I called compainies to have my air ducts cleaned, I wanted to be sure that I was going to get a good job. Steve answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. I watched him work, he didn't miss a thing. I am very happy with the work he did.

I had met Steve before and he is a nice guy who seems to know his work, so I asked him to clean my air ducts. He did a very good job. He noticed that I had removed the filters my air cleaner. I explained that the last people who checked my furnace took them out, but they wouldn’t go back in. Steve was familiar with it and said that as I have a fairly high-end air cleaner, the parts will only go back, in a certain order. He also pointed out that the last guys had moved the wiring and put the door on backwards; which also didn’t help. He adjusted the cable, fixed the door and voila, it worked. It’s nice to have my air cleaner back. I am very happy he took the time to make that right.
