I am so pleased with the service Stephen gave to us, I definitely would recommend him to everyone. This was my very first time of duct cleaning, I was struggling so badly with the dust everywhere in my house and this Fall when I turned on my heat for the first time, the terrible smell came out from the ducts, the dust was literally burning I think. When I called Stephen I explained him that I have a special needs child and due to that I am available only certain days and certain hours to do the cleaning. Despite Stephen's very busy season, he adapted him self to my schedule in order to help me out. I loved so much how Stephen was taking care of everything, from the punctuality of his arrival, doing his job in the highest professional standard to the fact how he was all the time taking care of the cleanness inside my house while doing the ducts cleaning. My indoor air now is so clean and easy to breathe and finally now I can rest from the tedious work of having to clean the dust that was constantly all over my furniture . We had issues in our new home with dust and dirt we soon realized a Duct Cleaning was never done...We checked online references and phoned around but as soon as we called Stephen he knew right away we had a High Velocity system with different cleaning vent and better price than other places we had called.
Needless to say next day he was on the job, 1 hour in and out, no fuss, no mess.

I was going to schedule a duct cleaning with them as I was referred to them with such high regard. The quote was very reasonable. Unfortunately due to their honesty, Stephen was able to find out that it is not possible to do a full cleaning due to our partially finished basement. His honest opinion and suggestions on how to maintain it (until we Reno and have the space to properly do it) was really appreciated. My basement flooded the 1st week of May 2017 and I had all the drywall/carpeting torn out of the basement - causing an explosion of dust and drywall in the house. I also had asbestos tiles removed. These 2 issues + being a breast cancer survivor and wanting to avoid breathing unhealthy air led me to looking for a duct cleaning service. I read the reviews of Stephen and this company and when we spoke on the phone I liked his professional approach and felt confident in his service and trusted him into my home.

Stephen arrived today, on time, and walked me through how the project would unfold. He educated me about the ducts in my home and how they connected in the basement. He was efficient, he was diligent, he was focused on the task, and he left the site clean and as he found it.

I was SHOCKED by what came out of my ducts: lots of hair balls, paper, garbage....

The project was done within 1 hour.

I am very very pleased, and would highly recommend his services to anyone who is unfamiliar with this type of home service and wants to be well taken care of the first time! He sets the bar high.

Our ducts had not been cleaned in many many years and Stephen did a very thorough job. I notice the difference in the amount of dust in the house.
