My ceiling has water damage due to attic condensation. I also found mold in the attic. I do not have enough roof vent in my house. The project manager Fernando went above and beyond his job and provide the best service to me. They installed additional 7 vents on the roof and remove the mold for my attic. The price they asked is very competitive and fair. They keep me posted all the time.

Restoration Calgary quoted the project which was first awarded by the owner to another service company who then increased their costs once arriving on the job site. That company was removed, Restoration Calgary engaged and held true to their quote, timelines, and passed final inspection without issue. We recommend their services to all owners, builders both in residential and commercial every time as they are a professional, accountable, well managed operation.

Part of our basement flooded in the spring and we encountered a ton of issues as a result. Floors & walls were ruined and we had electrical issues as well. They were able to work reasonably quick and did a good job. We were very happy with the end result and the basement is now safe and looks great.

It was very stressful to learn we had asbestos in our home. AICO staff was very helpful and explained the entire process with us. They were very professional, clean, and stuck to the schedule we had. If anyone else finds themselves in this same situation I would recommend these guys!
