Steve provided a comprehensive inspection of a cottage that we eventually bought up on Indian Arm. He was willing to travel by boat to do the work and encouraged me to accompany him on the inspection. The report turned up some serious deficiencies which helped us renegotiate the price. Also Steve is a WETT Inspector. Our insurance company required that the wood burning stove be WETT certified. Prompt service, helpful report.

I was pretty happy with Stephen and his review. His report format was good and he was very detailed. The one issue that I came across was that I actually had to follow up with him in regards to the attic of the home which he didn’t get a chance to pop his head into for the inspection. So he did follow up on that without any extra charge, but I wish he had given the tenants a little more warning in advance that he was coming because the closet in the attic was very dirty and they didn’t have any time to clean. Overall, I thought Stephen was very good and I was glad he addressed the one issue without any hassle or additional cost.
