Keith and his crew were extremely professional from start to finish. Matt made sure all trades that were needed cleaned up every day, They started early and worked as late as needed.

Eastview Homes designed and constructed our 2011 custom renovation build.

We started with a 1,400 square foot bungalow building in the 1960’s and converted into 4,400 square foot 2 storey home.

Their crew and list of trades were very professional and organized. We experienced minimum delays and are very proud of the end results.

The complete renovation took about 8 months and no we did not live in the house.

In 2014 Eastview Homes designed and completed renovations in our home which we still love. Keith was the lead on the project and had the job site moving daily while providing and maintaining a clean and tidy site for our return on a daily basis.

We will call Eastview Homes back when we are ready to renovate our basement without hesitation.

We hired Eastview Homes to complete a kitchen reno. The work involved design, new kitchen, mud room and rear patio.
We met Keith at the house where he showed us pictures and talked about options available including removing one load bearing wall – which we were pleased with the suggestion as it closed off the kitchen to the rest of the house.
Keith pulled in a structural engineer where he advised what was required to support the new opening, all of which was included in Keith’s quote.
The renovation took about 4 months and looks great.

The kitchen supplier Keith suggested was better than we could have imagined.

We were responsible for choosing the stone counter top, back splash and all colours. The kitchen looks great – we love to cook and entertain in it.
