Tile & Grout Restoration

Our walk-in shower was in need of cleaning, re-sealing and re-grouting; our guest bath floor needed re-grouting and sealing. Ash from Tile and Grout Restoration did an absolutely fantastic job! He arrived on time; asked lots of questions about our colour preferences; checked the colour with us and worked quietly and efficiently to complete the job. We are delighted with the quality of the work and the price and won't hesitate to recommend this company.

Got the team to repair the leaking shower caulking about a year ago. Everything seemed to work. Unfortunately, it recently started leaking again. I requested the team to review the work. They came by for an initial assessment and promised a technician would follow up for more detailed inspection. I have been following up on an appointment now for 1.5 months with no response or acknowledgement. My review score is based on poor after service customer follow up, even if busy or overbooked, just communicate to set customer expectations.

We called Tile & Grout Restoration to clean around the tub and tile in the main floor bathroom of our new home. There was a buildup of mildew and mold around the tub. The technician was polite and professional and worked hard to get our tub in incredible shape. We are glad we made the choice to revitalize the old tub instead of spending thousands on a bathroom renovation. I fully recommend their services.

As all the reviews were excellent I chose Tile and Grout restorations for my shower. Great job, great price. The other recommendations were correct...I would recommend Len and his team any time.

I dealt with Alina, Len, and Greg for this project. Greg repaired and placed a marble tile for me. He did an amazing job you can’t even tell it was broken in 3 pieces! Alina spent all day making our shower and bathtub look absolutely perfect. Overall I am so happy I decided to go with this group. Thank you all so much for your hard work!!

Professionally done job. The bathroom floor was missing grout, the shower floor was showing signs of leakage, and the shower walls looked somewhat moldy in spots. They replaced grout, redid the shower floor with epoxy to prevent leakage, they replaced all caulking and plastic stripping under the shower door. It all looks brand new.

Len provided an estimate in a timely manner and answered all of my questions quickly and with detail. His representative, Ash, did a great job and was professional and efficient. Would highly recommend.

The kind of experience and results a homeowner hopes for. Our bathroom had been tiled years ago, and was sloppily done, to be kind.

We are now selling our home, so we needed our bathroom to be a gleaming selling feature, not a liability that would cost us. So we called Len. He came in, gave us a detailed written estimate, had great knowledge and made suggestions that worked out superbly when all was done, that I never would have thought possible.

Greg and his assistant came in and worked a day and a half. The result was transformative. Ugly dark grout was lightened precisely to the soft colour we wanted, which was close to the tile colour.

Greg explained what he was going to do, and while I was still not sure it was deliverable, I marvel at the results. We had tiles around our tub that did not fit precisely to the tub, and he used a flexible, coloured grout to extend subtly the look of the tile to meet the tub surface. Never seen this done before. Executed with precision, looks amazing. Flexible and durable as well.

The caulking was absolutely precision work. I am handy, but no way I could lay down as clean and consistent a line as that.

Beyond that, they cleaned the tile and fixtures to a level of polish that made the entire environment sparkle.

Our bathroom now looks sophisticated, spacious, clean and light.
