Tile & Grout Restoration

Amazing job. My tiles came out brand new Would highly recommend. On time and on budget.

My travertine shower, after 14 years and only its initial sealer, had developed a lot of mold. Ash came to our house on time and did a remarkable job bringing it back to looking like new. Steam cleaning eliminated all visible mold, but the tiles still looked stained and old. Ash applied colour sealer and made it look like new. Greg was also great to deal with, always quick to respond to any communication. I would definitely recommend them to others, or hire them again. We are very happy with the work Ash did.

Ash came over this morning on time at 9:30am to fix/repair/recaulk and remove mold from my master shower. My wife had applied some clear silicone over our grout thinking it would seal it, but it actually caused some severe mold to form throughout all seams and looked horrible. Ash our senior technician recommended to remove all clear silicone, scraped it all off and used his high power machine to bake off all the mold, leaving a fresh/clean and brand new looking shower stall. Incredible job and finished in less than 3 hours with no breaks. Efficient, professional and much appreciated Ash and Len!

Greg and his team with two crew members ( Vlad and Nick) did a fantastic work in my shower. 25 years old shower looks like it was 25 years ago. Just amazing job. Dale did a great job cleaning and resealing our terracotta tiles in the bathroom. This was probably not my most practical choice for tiles, since they're porous, but I really like them, and now they look almost as good as new. I would definitely recommend Tile & Grout Restoration to anyone.

We are extremely impressed with the quality of the work and professional we received from Greg & Myrna. Our 30 year old home has a shower that is as good or better now than the day we moved in.

We hired Ash to come out and re-do our silicone. Greg suggested that we use epoxy instead of silicone since it does not become moldy as quickly as silicone. The color of the epoxy, however, did not match our tiles (see picture where you can clearly see that the epoxy they used is not white like it is supposed to be). I mentioned this to Ash and he assured me that this was the whitest he could find in the store (why begin a job if you know the color is off?). I literally even called around and found the correct color myself at a nearly hardware store, but he kept telling me that the epoxy he had was true white. Also, he suggested that where the wall tiles meet the floor we should use translucent silicone (instead of clear which we previously had) but this was an awful suggestion since our shower door and floor are both black. I contacted Greg with pictures and he basically responded saying that "who is going to pay for Ash's time if he needs to redo all of the work?" The fact that a company wouldn't come back and fix a job that wasn't done right and doesn't stand by their work is incredibly disappointing.
