We hired Rob’s Quality Construction to do a master bedroom and bathroom renovation as well as small bedroom renovation. This project included a full bathroom gut, enlarging a shower, a huge amount of tilling, laying hardwood floor, painting, installing trim and doors. The project was completed in an excellent time frame and on budget. Rob’s Quality Construction provided excellent service from beginning to end. Rob and his team delivered quality work, and were courteous, professional, and accommodating. The team members were punctual, worked hard and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each work day. We were extremely pleased with the communication provided by Rob as to what jobs would be completed each day and week. We were so happy with the work that we have hired Rob and his team to complete 2 more bedroom and bathroom renovations in our house. Thank you again Rob for giving us such a stress free renovation.

I recommend that you hire Rob’s Quality Construction to do your renovation, large or small. I have worked with them two times so far and I will be asking them to do my basement renovation next year. Rob and his workmen and tradespeople recently completed a large renovation of our home which included a completely new kitchen and master bathroom, new floors, trim and paint in both bedrooms and new trim and paint in all of the other rooms. The estimated time was 12 weeks work and they finished in a timely manor. My spouse and I lived in the home while the work was ongoing which was challenging but made possible by Rob’s daily communication about who was coming to work and what would be done each and every day.

Rob made sure that his quote was carefully done and he discussed with us, before hand, areas that he felt that there were choices to be made. The only additions to the quote were for things that could not have been foreseen at the start. Rob immediately dealt with any surprises. For example, having the specialist come to fix an unexpected venting problem with an existing gas water heater right on the day it was discovered. There was no hold up to the schedule for the larger renovation. He discussed our options and helped us make the choices that were right for us.

As the job was completed we are left with a satisfied feeling that our beautiful home has the highest quality workmanship at a fair price. No one could have done it better. It is a great feeling.

Please read my previous review for Rob’s Quality Construction where I go into more detail about the nuts and bolts of how Rob works. Because Rob is a patient and honest man, I suspect that most of the renovations he does follow the same, efficient, plan.

I cannot emphasize enough the mutual respect between Rob and his talented workmen and trades people and all of them resect the home owner and their families. During that time when there is a lot going on in your house that is out of your control and you just have to trust, Rob and his workers make sure that you feel secure that everything is being done correctly and professionally and that they are communicating with each other to give you the best job possible.

One last note. Though we are young, we were interested in preparing our home for “aging in place”. Rob gave us a home that is interesting and sophisticated, now, but will be safe and practical for our future. Unexpectedly, it became immediately important because we are an active family with two large dogs. Just a couple of months after the first bathroom renovation, I was put into a wheelchair for 16 weeks with a shattered leg. You can bet that I was thankful for the flat access shower, grab bars and non slip flooring that Rob’s Quality Renovations had just installed in my bathroom. To look at the bathroom, you would just think, “Wow, what a beautiful bathroom!” but to me it was everything during my recovery.

Rob and his crew were absolutely fabulous. The quality of their work and their attention to detail was impressive. They were professional, punctual, friendly, and extremely hardworking. Every member of the team was skilled in his area of expertise and also happy to pause and answer questions or show us each new stage of the project. We made some changes throughout the project and each new request was met with a willingness to help and a genuine desire for us to be happy with the finished product. Rob, his team and his subcontractors were WONDERFUL! They exceeded our expectations and delivered a wonderful finished basement and bathroom. Best part was that the project stayed on time and budget even during a provincial lockdown. I’d recommend Rob to anyone who needs their basement renovated.

The renovation was done on time and the cost to complete was as per quoted by Rob who often visited the job to insure all was done to meet his high standards. His personnel were friendly qualified professionals who completed the job in an exemplary way and as per stated in the quote. Every day , cover mats were used to ensure all areas used were kept clean. When the project was completed, the entire area was completely vacuumed and cleaned to my satisfaction.
Reasonable extras were done at no extra cost to the quote.
Rob was a very polite individual who was easy to communicate with and who would offer ideas and suggestions on how to design the basement area to meet our requirements.

We have done many projects over the years but nothing touches what Rob and his team did for us.
