All I can say is that Vargas Roofing is a must use. Elian and his team were fantastic. I would recommend them to anybody. His pricing was competitive and fair and his workmanship was excellent. If you need a roofer you can not go wrong with Vargas. They were fantastic!!!!!!!!

We received an estimate from Vargas in the late summer of 2015. They weren't the lowest, but they weren't the highest either, and we were immediately impressed by Jenny and Elian. I wanted a detailed contract for the job, and Jenny had no problem accommodating any of my requests. The snow had barely even begun to melt this year before I had an email looking to schedule dates for the installation. Vargas showed up on time, did the job in less time than they'd forecast, and did great work. They even came back after the fact to make some changes to accommodate aluminum work we did to keep out some pesky raccoons.

I would have no problem recommending Vargas to anyone. We have been fortunate to work with some great trades since buying our house, and Vargas is at the top of that list.

House and carport roofs were leaking, decided on new roofing instead of patching. Elian was working on a new roof on a neighbour house; I saw the work and result, was impressed and invited him to have a look at my roof and give a quote. Quote was reasonable. What sets this company apart is their attention to detail, the quality of product they use and the quality of workmanship. I unreservedly reccomend them for your next roofing job!

I had a contractor construct a porch for me. Within six months, the roof was leaking. The contractor would come back and re-caulk but the leaks continued. I called Vargas Roofing. They came and replaced the whole roof, tiles and designed an eaves trough for it. They were friendly, on time and excellent value. I used them again this spring to fix my main roof (which had been "fixed" 3 times by other roofing companies, who never come back even though they say they guarantee their work). I have worked with many contractors in the past and I wish they were all as good as Vargas and his group.

Elian and Jennifer promptly replied to our call for an estimate in the fall of 2015. Elian was very thorough in his inspection, including climbing up into the attic. The estimate was in our hands the next day. Jennifer was very knowledgable and cordial in answering our questions. We settled for installation in the spring of 2016. They accommodated us in putting us to the front of the queue because we were preparing to put the house on the market. We lucked out with a few days of good weather in March. Elian and his crew were efficient, friendly and courteous. The work site was left spotlessly clean at the end of each work day. We have had several compliments from our neighbours. We encourage anyone looking for a roofing or eaves trough contractor to engage Vargas Family Roofing.

My sister recommended I use Vargas when I needed to replace my worn out eves troughs as she had hired them earlier in the year. They promptly came and provided me an estimate shortly after I called them. The day of install I did not even see them as it was all completed before I got home from work! The new eves troughs and gutters look and work great. I went for the seamless with gutter guards and felt it was a very reasonable price. The house is approx. 1200 sq ft. I would highly recommend them. Great work!

We had a very urgent repair that was needed and after several estimated from other roofing companies, who were not able to fit us in right away, we were lucky we found Vargas Family Roofing.

The owner was amazing to deal with. Not only was he willing to do the job right away but he did it professionally. His words exactly..."this is important to fix right away so I will fit you in and come tomorrow". You simply can't ask for better than that. Elian is a good man! He cares about his clients and his workmanship is like no other. We can now sleep at night knowing our roof has been repaired and been done in a professional manner. Met the Vargas people at the Stouffville Home show and requested a price. I also contacted another roofer at the same time. Elian came over as promised and gave us a price. the other roofer never showed up. we went with Vargas and are delighted with the price, the material and the service. I would enthusiastically recommend them. they also do siding. may have more work for them later this fall.
