We found Rooted Tree Services through HomeStars where they have a stellar ratingand wed give them the same! Easy process from intake to quote to tree branch removal. The tree trimming was masterful. It was actually the neighbours tree that had completely invaded our backyard and was dropping branches in our pool. however, the neighbour was extremely concerned about having the tree trimmed and a loss of privacy on their side. The crew was ultra sensitive to this and still managed to clean the tree up beautifully for our side. It fixed the hazard and saved a relationship with a neighbour, for which Im grateful. I will be a repeat customer and would highly recommend.

The 2 staff who cut an old tree down in our yard were friendly and accommodating. They even cut the wood into smaller pieces upon request.

A big thank you to Mark and his crew for doing a great job with a dead tree removal and a very challenging overgrown willow tree prune. The team arrived as scheduled and worked really hard to efficiently, safely and skillfully complete both jobs to our satisfaction. There was also a thorough clean up where care was taken to leave the property completely clear of any branches, leaves or debris.

Rooted Tree Service is top notch. Their crew are professional, prompt and provided quality work. They were able to trim and support our 14 ft cedars that were damaged over the winter. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

It was a quick in and out removal of 2 trees that grew very close to the fence line. Everyone was friendly and very professional! They provided great tips on how to ensure the tree stump won't grow back. Office staff was quick to respond to calls and emails. Highly recommend this company!

The Rooted Tree crew were prompt, courteous, & professional, a pleasure to deal with from estimate to completion. They trimmed our overgrown cedar hedge effortlessly and cleaned up entire site, looks amazing!
