My service technician Brian MacRory was very cordial and professional from the moment he walked in my door. He was very quick and efficient at installing my new toilet and sink into my main floor bathroom. I have recommended him to many of my friends as I could not be happier with the job he did.

Last week my shower developed a leak after being shut off. It had gotten worse over the week to the point that it was wasting a lot of water. I called Mr. Rooter for service and I had Nicolas Galati arrive the same day. He quickly figured out what had to be done and explained the cause of the issue. He fixed the issue and was in and out in just over an hour so I didn't have to be late for my evening work shift. Thank you Mr. Rooter and Nicolas!

I had Chris from Mr. Rooter come in for some preventative maintenance after a basement flood a few years back. He was knowledgeable and polite, just as he was at his last visit. As part of being a Mr. Rooter VIP member I wasn't charged one cent for the visit as Chris did not find any issues. He quickly came in, put a camera in the drain, made sure there were no issues and left all in less than an hour. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Chris, specifically.

I was having issues with my kitchen sink (not draining). I was referred to Mr.Rooter Mississauga from a colleague. Anthony arrived at my house as scheduled - was in and out very quickly. He was informative and very reasonably priced. I haven't had any issues with the sink since. I would highly recommend Anthony and Mr. Rooter service.

Got here, got the info he needed from me, and installed our toilet quickly while making sure he left the space very clean. My toilet was leaking probably because it was 20 years old. Called mr rooter and they came the next day. Offered a toilet he had on the truck that i was very impressed with (Can flush 17 golf balls). Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks Todd

I had called Mr. Rooter for a leak under the kitchen sink. The person on the phone was very friendly and offered me service the same day. A technician named Anthony Trapani came out and was absolutely fantastic. Not only was he friendly and polite, he explained everything that needed to be done. He was so patient with all of my questions, and he was very knowledgeable. Anthony was amazing. This is by far the best experience with a plumbing company I have ever had and I will always call Anthony for my plumbing needs!!

Called Mr. Rooter and the polite lady on the phone said a tech would be there within the hour.
Todd was waiting in my driveway before I could get home from my office.
Amazing service.
After diagnosis of the issue, Todd explained what needed to be done and the cost.
After what turned out to be a very major grease build up in the drain, Todd & Anthony had the problem fixed and the drain back flowing like it was brand new within approx. 2 hours.
Their work was so clean and tidy you would never know that we had a problem.
I would highly recommend using Mr. Rooter and in particular Todd & Anthony.

I was unfortunately experiencing a leak in my kitchen ceiling, with water dripping through. I called out Mr. Rooter and Nicolas Galati came within the hour that was told to me by the dispatch. He had a look at the situation, and gave me a few price options with very good explanation of what the leak cause could possibly be, before he cut the ceiling to figure out the leak. He then realized that there was a toilet wax that has gone past it's life. He then fixed it and cleaned up as if he was never there! Great customer service! Thank you nicolas !
