A while ago my neighbors were moving to their new home, it was an event for the whole neighborhood, since they were amazing people. When their truck arrived, I saw 2 movers, that seemed quite few to me, so I was curious how they shall manage to load everything on their own. Surprisingly, they did well and were fast enough. I saw the logo of Pacific Moving Canada on the truck. One year later, when I had to leave to Toronto from my homeland in Red Deer, Alberta, I called them and received a decent quote. Now, when I’m settled in my condominium, I can confirm that my decision was correct. If you doubt who to choose, choose them and you won’t regret it.

When my move started I was really stressed out. I had to think out a way to move a family of 5, and to make everything by myself, since my wife had to deal with our small children. We had to be in Toronto on 3 of November, but on  25 of October nothing was ready at all! On Wednesday 26th I was still passing my job to another guy, had no time to pack, although we were to leave from our place on 28th of October! Fortunately I called Pacific Moving Canada, and this crew solved all of my moving problems. When I arrived home in evening I saw all our stuff packed in boxes and ready for moving. My wife told me that during the day two guys came to our home and took care of everything. The second day, and it was 27th of October the guys from Pacific were at our doors by 12.00 p.m. They loaded everything in the truck so we had time to check if we didn’t forget anything in our old home and could say good bye to it. I won’t go in too many details, but after we arrived our furniture followed, and it was delivered on 6th of November, in good time and great shape.) Thank you so much guys, you made everything easy for us and we wouldn’t have managed to do this move without you!

Pacific Moving Canada moved our furniture recently and did a superb job. They took great care of our belongings, packed all of my software (which I have a lot) and porcelain thoroughly and delivered it impeccable. There was not a single scratch after the move. We moved form Regina to Toronto and it took a while. After 9 days of expectation I received a call that the truck shall be at my place by evening. Gee, I was so happy that our move is over! Movers were extremely professional and helpful. I would definitely use them in the future and strongly refer them. Truly super awesome movers!

Super Awesome moving company! They were punctual, took wonderful care of my things and didn't break any of our items. Their customer rep Leyla even called me in the middle of the move and see how everything was going. We really appreciate their service. We are pretty happy customer of Pacific Moving Canada!

I had already packed most of my things before the movers arrived. The movers from Pacific Moving Canada arrived at 11 am. I already had everything packed and ready to be loaded. They did inspect everything thoroughly. They took just 30 minutes to load everything into the van. All my belongings were delivered on the same day to my new apartment. I have heard of so many people being terrified of having to move from one place to another. If you hire a competent company like Pacific Moving Canada and instruct them properly, there is absolutely nothing frightening about relocations.

Ever since I met Pacific Moving Canada crew, things have not been the same. Ever since I came in touch with these diligent people, my relocations have been awesome. They have been being to serve me on three different occasions and all of them gave turned out to be so good. I cannot remember them disappointing me in one way or the other. I know for sure that these people can be relied upon like no other workers.

I booked a move with Pacific Moving Canada after reading reviews on this website. I was moving my stuff from Ontario to Victoria. I was given a quote of $3240 for 5000 lbs., but I chose Pacific Moving Canada for the reviews.
On their website, they say that a rep will come to see all the stuff before moving day, and arrange everything. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN, SO I CAN ONLY SAY THAT THIS MUST NOT BE TRUE. They were very lacking in initiative regarding the move. They never contacted me by phone, only by e-mail, and then they e-mailed me at an e-mail address that I requested them not to use, twice.
On moving day, the truck arrived on time, the guys at the Ontario end were pleasant and competent. My stuff went into storage for a month.
I was present at the weigh in, but I never once received the information regarding the weight of the vehicle my things were picked up in. BEWARE OF THIS -- EVEN WHEN YOU ASK, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CLEAR INFORMATION ABOUT THE WEIGHT OF YOUR GOODS. THAT'S WHY I ENDED UP PAYING TWICE THE QUOTE TO GET MY STUFF DELIVERED.
Once out here in Victoria, I contacted the company to deliver the goods at end of July or beginning of August. This is when I found out that they are not a real moving company at all, on a national level. They contacted me to tell me that they were going to bring my stuff more than a week earlier than I could take it. I tried to make it clear that I was in the middle of renovations, and that it was not part of the agreement that they would bring the shipment to me when it was convenient for them. The threat came that they would ship everything back to Ontario. BEWARE- THEY HAVE NO STORAGE IN VANCOUVER, OR VICTORIA. YOU WILL BE FORCED TO ACCEPT SHIPMENT ON THEIR TERMS, NOT YOURS.
Suffice it to say that the shipment arrived when they wanted it to, on July 22. There was damage to a number of items, about $1500 worth. I didn't have time to assess all the damage in 7 days, so they refused to even consider a claim, even though they had that possibility.

To sum up -- damaged goods, high price without sufficient justification, truly awful customer service. I wouldn't get this company to move my garbage cans out to the curb. DO NOT DO A CROSS-COUNTRY MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Pacific Moving Canada was hired after I got a few good recommendations for the company. I moved from Richmond, BC to Toronto in 10 days thanks to this company and didn’t regret hiring them one bit. My price was balanced and well constructed according to my budget and my service was professional and classy.
