When we discovered that we had a racoon problem in our attic last fall, your rep came out to the house and sized up the situation in a timely and very professional manner. He provided a quote for the extraction and protection of our house from further intrusions (all animals and mice). Your team was out the next day to do the work and they did a very good job because within a few days the racoon was gone and over the next few weeks the mice also left. Then they came back to disinfect and restore the attic and at the same time increase the attic insulation to R60. All this work was done in a very professional and competent manner. A couple of months after this incident we lost some shingles on our roof during a major wind storm and had to get the entire roof replaced. We went for 50 year shingles. You staff personally worked with me and your team to make sure that we would not lose our original warranty with your company and ensured that all the vent cages were properly reinstalled after the roof was replaced. Again my thanks to you and your team!

From start to finish - very professionally handled. Each step of their process was explained thoroughly including walking my wife over the estimate. We had a racoon but crew found mice droppings. Crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work. I was not home and my wife wanted pictures taken of the findings which were promptly delivered. We weren't home when they came to seal the one way door so we've asked for photos showing he completion of the work. Dave has promised so we're just waiting . . . Once photo is received - definitely a 10 rather than the current 9.9. Lastly, they have a year guarantee . . . Just hope the little ones don't return. Lastly, Dave - may I suggest you include photos as an inclusion of your services.

Recently moving into a new house, which is also a new build, we realized we had a mouse problem in the early fall. After calling several companies to help us we were becoming frustrated because all of them said they had a 6 month or less guarantee, meaning that the issue would still be an issue next year and the year after that. In addition, we didn't feel good about poisoning the mice for many reasons. I wanted the problem dealt with. After researching, I came across wildlife removal. They sent someone out for a small inspection fee the next day and he looked around the house (foundation, roof). I even asked if he would check the basement which is where we were seeing them. He did and explained that the previous homeowners had them as well. He was very knowledgable and open and honest about the work that needed to be done. We scheduled an appointment for the one way doors to be put on and to seal around the foundation, etc. The workers were in and out within 3 hours and we haven't seen any mice or evidence since. I'm glad to know that the issue has been dealt with for not only this season, but many to come. It was a lot of money for us as we had a lot of other expenses, but giving us peace of mind and protecting our new investment was worth it.

I hired this company to get rid of a bat problem we had in the spring of 2016 after reading reviews here. I was told there were bats and there were lots of openings and the had to seal off the area the bats were in except certain spots so they could get out. I was emphasized how bats are protected and it would cost more to get rid of them safely so they continued to live. I hired them to do this thinking it was the best thing for the bats and would seal things up so no further problems. They came on time to seal the building up except for the areas their professionals deemed the bats were coming in and out. They advised me that the one way doors had to wait cause of seasonal timing with bats and babies. Ok that was fine.
The follow ups I had to make for one reason or another was a pain. I understand there may have been a system problem at their end. We are all human LOL
Hopefully with some tweaks at their end and now working with them on any issues I have everything can be resolved.

We had an estimate for our house done over the phone by this company. When they came to begin work they saw that our house was missing downspouts which was an additional cost. However they agreed they would honor their quote and did the downspouts for free. A really great company. Worked on their own without needing us for anything (only to come in and use the bathroom and even then they respected our house and took off their shoes to keep it clean). And they cleaned up all their stuff outside too. A++++ a truly professional operation.

Our experience was initiated by an unwanted guests in the attic (bats) which started to cause damage and noise aggravation to our household. We called All Wildlife Removal - they responded very quickly and provided a detailed quote within a day. The work was done very professionally and most importantly the problems are gone at the cost quoted!!

I highly recommend All Wildlife Removal Inc.! We could hear that we had some kind of critter living in our ceiling. I filled out their online form and received a phone call from the office within what must have been only ten minutes! Clancy was a pleasure to speak with and got us setup for an initial inspection where Rich identified that we had birds and squirrels living together. The crew who came in to do the work were knowledgeable, courteous, fast and did an amazing job. A few months ago we heard noise coming form the attic and figured we most likely had critters up there. We were immediately discouraged as our neighbour had a similar issue last fall and the work on the exterior of their house was such an eye soar all we knew was that was not an option on our house.
I asked around and did some research online, finally my mom explained that her condo board had hired a company that had done wildlife work and actually was not an eye soar. So I contact All Wildlife Removal.
They immediately showed me pictures of their finished product to ease any concerns I had about appearances and we proceeded with the work. We were more than please with the outcome, but where this company really impressed us was with their customer service. We had to communicate with them several times to coordinate all of our work and they impressed us from the get go.
It’s a simple skill many companies do not posses, the ability to keep their word and do what they say. There were a few hickups with timing and the likes and All Wildlife was a pleasure to deal with. When the office staff said they would get back to me with an answer they actually did, which seems simple but is not the case with many companies.
After speaking with my neighbour and comparing notes on our two varying wildlife experiences, I feel as if we by far got the better deal. Although my neighbour paid a few hundred less for their prevention, ours does not look like some children climbed on our roof and made a mess and we can actually get a hold of the company that did the work if we need to.aulp

I had LARGE rodents entering and partying in my house! Your team came in and made sure they would exit the house, but not be able to re-enter. I felt this was a great solution since I did not want to kill the rodents, just get them to re-locate!. However, after you had finished, the rodents tried to get back in again... twice. Determined little creatures!!! On both occasions, your company sent out people immediately and I do believe the problem is now solved. I will know for sure when winter comes. You also pest proofed my house all over. This is great because even if my neighbours choose to live in messy and rodent attracting circumstances, I will not be bothered by it!
