Was in an emergency... not only did I get fast service but we caught another issue that could have caused major problems. Very knowledgeable service! I would definitely recommend this company.

We purchased a home in December that was on septic. We wanted to do a sewer conversion AND install the rough-in for a laundry room and bathroom in the basement and looked high and low for a company who would:
1. Do it in the winter, and
2. Do it at a reasonable price
In our search we would consistently find companies who could do one or the other, but not both. That is, until we connected with Drain Right Now. Tyler met with me the same day, explained to me my options, gave me a very reasonable quote, AND was willing to do it in the winter.
After dealing with a few other contractors I had some hesitation with Tyler’s quote because I thought it was a little too good to be true (thought for sure he wouldn’t be able to adhere to his timelines, etc.), but that was not the case. Tyler completed the job as promised: for the price quoted, and in the time frame he promised. He kept us informed every step of the way, had a great crew, he was neat and tidy, and he was able to address all of the unforeseen hiccups.
In hindsight, we couldn’t foresee what was to come with this pandemic, but if it wasn’t for us going ahead with Tyler, this project would not have been able to happen.

After a family member poured an expired bag of bread crumbs down the garburator at 9:00 p.m. on a Tuesday evening and completely clogged the drain, we were a bit panicked. My Kitchen sink was not draining and after trying Vinegar & Baking Soda, Plunger, 2 different Chemical Clog products to no effect I asked around and

we called he came the same day. took a look at our problem. he was straight up and honest he told us that we had to replace our old copper pipes and up grade them . he gave us a price stuck to his price quote. came the next day at 10am worked his butt off non stop until he was sure he was done. checked and rechecked his work . plus looked at our bathroom sink and noticed there was a small leak we didn't know about the pipe needed to be tightened. plus installed a new plug for our sink. he was finally done by 6;30pm. very friendly and well mannered. awesome work. very pleased and honored to get him again.
