Great company, great team, great customer service! Nobody wants to have to call a repair person right at Christmas, but we had to and I am glad I called Valley View. Our situation was not an emergency but they still called me back in a timely manner and had us booked in within 48 hours. Steve came out and knew immediately what the issue was and fixed it!. He was great to talk to and advised of everything that he was doing. Our fridge is now working great again, in time for all the turkey!.

Steve came the day after I called him although he was already Booked Up. He diagnosed the problem with my fridge in minutes. He personally drove to the Airport to pick up the Electronic Control Module, installed it in thirty minutes and it has been working beautifully ever since. I cant say enough about his abilities and professionalism.

Our washer wasnt working properly so I called Bob to schedule; Steve was at the house with 26 hours to diagnose the situation, gave us tips on extending the life of our washer and what to look for in our eventual replacement model. Quality knowledgeable service and first rate booking system.
