For a number of years, I wanted a couple of trees removed from the front of our house, but just never got around to it. One of the trees wasn't in very good shape so we realized now was the time to have them both removed. From our first conversation, Riley was very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered my (many!) questions.

I am thrilled with the end result and the utmost professionalism that Riley and his team demonstrated. Although it was a relatively quick and easy job, I truly appreciate their hard work. It has made a huge impact on how our house looks and I couldn't be happier! Thank you :)

A neighbour recommended Elite and they came over and quoted to have our two very old Red Oaks pruned of the deadwood and gave a projected time to have a crew here in 5 weeks. From my original request for a quote to them actually doing the job it took 4 weeks and 2 days. The crew arrived on time and were very professional and were careful, respecting my garden, there was minimal damage. Over the past 23 years I have used two other companies to care for the trees on my property and I was unhappy with the last company so I tried Elite, I will use them again and I recommend this company.

We used Riley and his Elite Tree Service team to cut down and remove a 15-20 and evasive Norway Maples and plant 8 new native White Pines and Canadian Hemlock trees. They showed experience and expertise in discussing options and executing their work. Quotation and prices were fair and transparent. Elite has provided great service and we strongly recommend them for tree and branch removals.

A very large, healthy looking branch on our backyard oak tree unexpectedly broke and hung up over two neighbouring homes. Serious damage would result if the branch or those holding it came down on the homes below. Elite was immediately called and Reilly came within in an hour to assess the situation -- on a Friday evening. A quote was prepared and arrangements made for branch removals the following Saturday morning.

On Saturday, the Elite crew spent roughly six hours removing the broken branch plus other dead limbs -- with NO damage to the homes below. The crew were safety conscious, polite, friendly, and answered all questions. The area was fully cleaned before departure. Ourselves and the neighbours were all positively impressed.

The previous year Elite removed a large, 100 year old oak from the backyard that was at high risk of coming down on our and the neighbour's house. Elite stabilized the tree and used a very large crane to lift the large trunk and limbs over the house to the street -- with no damage to house or property.

We highly recommend Elite Tree Care of Toronto and will continue to use their services in future.

Our experience with Riley was excellent. He was professional, very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the service he was going to provide. We needed to replace our basswood tree, which Riley and his team took down a few summers ago. The replacement options Riley suggested gave us the confidence that we were making an informed tree buying decision. The Autumn Blaze Red Maple looks great. We called Elite Tree Care to quote on the removal of a very large Black Locust tree from our backyard. On a holiday weekend, we happened to notice that the tree didn't look particularly stable, and were concerned about its overall structural health, particularly as children play in the backyard, and branches extended very high and over our neighbours' backyards on each side of our property at the back.

We were so happy and fortunate that it was Riley who we selected to take on this job. It's not everyday that you come across a vendor who is courteous, professional, measured, knowledgeable and who can manage client expectations. Riley and his crew did just that. To sum up, Riley:

-provided a very competitive quote that same evening (just as he said he would)
-described the approach for the removal, and patiently answered our questions about the process
-communicated immediately with the City for an exemption-our tree did pose in an imminent hazard - and he received it within 24 hours
-temporarily braced the tree on Friday in preparation for removal on Monday
-arrived promptly on the morning of the removal
-mobilized his team efficiently
-set to work quickly and made visible progress
-cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day
-touched base with us on the progress

Basically, he did everything he said he would do, and did it safely, respectfully and without any drama.

We will always miss our tree, but are definitely happy that we worked with Elite Tree Care, and look forward to working with them again when we are ready to select some new tees to plant in the backyard.

Our cedar hedges around the back garden had gotten out of control. They had not been tended to in over 10 years. So, we called in Elite. They did a great job of trimming and cutting back. Efficient and safe. Thank you.
