We looked around considerably and decided to go with Kyle due to great reviews! Kyle and Dan were punctual,professional and friendly.We had given Kyle a colour swatch to match our new garage door and the paint was an exact match,So Happy! They did an Awesome paint job plus did caulking and sanding of older wood frame windows! Everything looked immaculate once they were done,the exterior of my house was spotless! Pat and Lisa sealed the "popcorn" ceilings in my home. Pat estimated it would be a 2 day job and he was right on. The original product that they were going to use arrived but was not suitable for the job so Pat ensured that he got another sealer asap and got the job done. They did a great job with clean up. I will use them again.

We emailed Kyle in March to request a quote for our aluminum siding. He was very prompt in his response and very helpful. The aluminum also needed to have some old vine suckers scraped. Kyle said this wasn't a problem.
We didn't want the painting to be done until June or July and this wasn't a problem at all. We were in touch again with Kyle mid June and he set up a date for July 19.
The crew arrived at 7:30 am sharp and quickly set everything up. The suckers were scraped and the painting was complete by 3:00 with the job site clean and tidy.
We don't honestly have a single complaint. They use Sherwin Williams paint which is what we have through out most of the inside of our home.
They were polite and pleasant to have here and a pleasure to deal with from the beginning to the end.

Too many negative things to document here but this is a classic example of a Homestars rating that is so unworthy of a business. In a nutshell, brutal wall repairs (before & after photos to prove it), repeat visits to correct botched walls throughout our home and still unable to correct major issues, so much so that we had to hire another company to perform the repairs (additonal costs incurred). Final bill far costlier than "firm" quote. Supplied & used a low grade quality paint despite promising a high grade. Incredibly arrogant (emails to back it up), blaming customers for their ineptitude. The list goes on. All of this can be verified in writing and via photos. Worst contractor experience in 20 years, lesson learned.

I have used Alpha Pro twice now. Never in my life have I received such a prompt reply from any contractor. Both Josh and Kyle are so personable, professional and thorough. They have meticulous attention to detail and will ensure everything for your painting project goes exactly as YOU want it to. When they say they will be there, they will. They call when they say they're going to and reply to emails almost immediately. Their prices are extremely fair and they go above and beyond to do a good job. On my most recent project, they even took it upon themselves to do some touch ups for me in another room that wasn't part of the deal we made, saving me a ton of work and headache. They just threw it in because they were there and knew it would help me out. How awesome is that? I will finish by saying that I am a pretty good painter myself and I'm extremely picky and I was completely thrilled with the workmanship of the Alpha Pro team. If you need painting done, HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! You will not be disappointed. Thanks again guys!!

We had received a referral for Alpha Pro through our contractor. Kyle the owner had arrived as scheduled and gave us a price quote the same day. Alpha Pro later arrived as scheduled and were onsite everyday until the job was finished. Both Kyle and Dan were courteous and polite and open to any questions or concerns that we had. Since we had the painting completed we had had several complete strangers come to our house to make comments and enquire about the work.
