We received a quick response from North Shield to our HomeStars posting which was immediately followed by a home visit and a detailed quote - we were given helpful advice and detailed descriptions of all of our options in terms of doors and glass styles, lock systems, handsets, sills etc. - we were also able to visit their showroom which was also very helpful - the team was timely and capable - the installation was hassle-free, and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Contacted NSW to get a quote for replacing all the windows in our home. They were courteous and responsive. Had an agent out to the house within a few days and follow-up for exact measurements was done within the same week. Had the work done in two stages and am able to advise that no issues through first winter and second stage was completed recently. The two stage process was by our request. Efficient and professional installers that are prompt. The entire NSW Team was actually very responsive and call back quickly if a message is left for them. Would use them again if needed. Cost was very competitive compared to various vendors in the area.
