Alex and his team did a great job on my entrance door. They were efficient and the work was done in a timely fashion. The whole process from selection to installation was efficient. I am very happy with the installation and the look of the door.

Everything from the first contact and all the other steps, including the August 07, 2019 date of the installation, was characterized from the correctness and punctuality.
The team came on time and within 3 hours finished every thing, with a good quality of work, not any single sign of damage, and leaving behind a very clean room, like never was done any work.
Very professional team, communicative, double checked with the owner for any damage, and explained in detail the usage of the new window handles.
I certainly will use North Shield for any window or door replacement in the future, and I strongly recommend this company to any homeowner who wants to have a good quality of work with a reasonable price.

Quick and professional work performed! Would definitely recommend to everyone. In just 1 day 2 workers were able to chance 5 windows, 2 sliding doors and 1 side door.

Work completed on time as promised. Vladimir and Alex did a good job in installing the windows.

The installers did a fantastic job.
The door that was removed posed Sam serious problem but they came up with a solution that looks beautiful.

I had a total of four large windows replaced, two in the living room and two in the bedrooms. The weather forecast that day was for rain so two crews instead of one - arrived and finished the job just minutes before the rain started! The installers were courteous and worked quickly to get the job done. They cleaned up outside and inside after the installation and I got a review of how to properly open and close rhe windows and clean them. The full tilt opening makes the cleaning so easy. Great job and great looking windows!
