I got 16 windows replaced by SilverLine beginning this year. My old windows were aluminum frames with single glass panes. Their sales staff strongly recommended their vinyl windows which have energy saving features.
After installed new vinyl windows nearly a year, I feel that the forced air heating furnace is not running so frequently as before, it cuts the heating bill a great deal. The quality and performance of the new vinyl windows were very good and their installation team was working in professional way and high efficiently and finished the work with one day.
I was fully satisfied and strangely recommended.

In October of this year, Silverline replaced 10 windows for our home. Before making the decision, I compared three or four companies and found that Silverline's sales representative was very professional in answering questions. The price was also very reasonable. We chose Silverline Exteriors for our windows and siding project and are very happy with the results. Marc was a great salesman and was able to help us out with all the decisions that were required. The installation crew were good and did a nice job trimming everything up. We made a few minor changes along the way and Marc accomadated those requests and made it happen. In the end everything looks very good and we are happy with a new exterior that updates the house, is more finished looking, and windows that are a huge improvement.

Our sales manager, Marc, is very pleasant to deal with from our initial visit till now and he still follows up with us during progress of our project. He took the time to discuss all details before we signed the contract and is so patient with all the back and forth and changing of some details after signing. He made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and honesty; we trust we are in good hands.

Also to mention, we have had another siding company here to estimate and when we told them we would like the exterior window trims to be replaced with wood, guess what, they were trying to convince us with a easier way to replace our wood trims with metal flashing? Seriously?!
