Installers arrived at the appointed time and it took approximately 3 hours to install wooden shutters on 5 windows. We found both men to be very polite and friendly. The measurements were very accurate so that installation was straight forward.

James installed our new blinds this morning and they look great. The work was done on time and we are very satisfied with Jame's work and ethics. We would greatly recommend their services.

Me and my husband came to Blinds with flair after we finished renovations to the front facing windows of our home. Our previous Shutters became too small for the new window frames so we went to get a quote at the store for some new ones. What was fantastic about these guys is that they said they could simply modify the old shutters to make them fit again in our new window frames at just the cost of installation. This saved a sizable amount of money and I can’t thank them enough.

I ordered blinds from this company and paid half the cost up front. That was two months ago and I still don't have my blinds. Do not buy from this company.

We purchased a large blind for our daughter's bedroom approx. 10 years ago. We have had that same blind repaired approx. every two years since its installation, the cord to raise and lower the blind snaps. The blind their salesperson recommended should have in fact been two smaller ones instead of one larger. This error was admitted as much by the company and yet we have never been offered any kind of discount for any of the repairs. The blind has broken yet again with still no offer of help from Blinds With Flair. They have lost a loyal customer that will make sure never to recommend them.

Contracted Blinds with Flair to provide blinds for small window and shear curtains for bow window in master bedroom. After waiting 3 weeks blinds were installed and were fine but shear curtains hung unevenly and were not sew properly. Though installer confirmed that window ledge was level owner refused to acknowledge problem with curtains and left it up to us to take to another seemstress to adjust them. Owner contradicted her own story many times to us and was very unwilling to provide a proper product for the money. Anyone dealing with this company will be wasting there money.
