Valentyn was the first person to call me after getting on Home Stars, my first time using this website. I had a leak in a pipe in basement of my house. Val called to let me know exactly what time he would arrive, he was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He found a second leak near the first one, and fixed that as well. Would I recommend him? ABSOLUTELY! And, his price was reasonable! Would I hire him again? ABSOLUTELY! In fact, I have already talked with him about redoing the entire plumbing system at some point due to the way he worked and the way he presented himself as a professional. Not to mention he's a down-to-earth kind of guy that is honest. Not always an easy combination to find these days! I'm very pleased!

canada waterproofers gave me the exact remedy, as opposed to other waterproofers, they did the job well, and when another related problem arose later on they came and addressed it with no extra charge. I was nervous that they would leave me with my problem, but they fixed it no questions asked. Do not feel apprehensive about using them , they will be there for you .

Valentyn responded quickly to my request to unclog our kitchen sink which was backing up. It turned out to be more complex than anticipated, but he worked diligently to resolve the problem. His experience and expertise were evident as we watched him work. He also contacted us the next day to check that all was working well. He was a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend him. He will be our "go-to" plumber.

The house we live in had a basement leaking issue tormenting us for the past ten years. We had never thought of a service like Canada Waterproofers until this year, and our experience has been superb. We got in contact with Salva, and he and his team were able to solve our problems within a matter of days, very fast and efficiently. Since the fix, we have had no problem with the basement leaking.

The colder weather arrived, and we found water coming into our basement again. We were as dreadful as ever, so we contacted Salva and hoped he could check for us. He came as soon as possible and fixed the issue for us, even though their work did not cause it. For some reason, the water pipe in our furnace got disconnected and leaked water everywhere.

Andrew from Canada Water Proofers came out to my dads house to look at the area where water was leaking into the basement. Not only did he showed up on time, he called 30mins before hand to say hes on his way.
Andrew assessed and examined the area thoroughly. He provided me with great advice and information. And as it turned out we didnt require waterproofing. And he didnt try sell/insist on doing any work we didnt need. Instead he provided and shared info, knowledge on what are the possible issues causing water going into basement.
