Andrew and the whole crew at Canada Waterproofers were immensely helpful in dealing with a flooding basement that turned out to be much more complex than a basic indoor waterproofing job due to shortcuts taken by a previous homeowner while excavating. Other companies I contacted took a look around and declined to take on the work, but Andrew called in an engineer to create a comprehensive, step-by-step plan to a safe and dry basement, then organized a team to implement the plan. The basement is now correctly underpinned, has a sump pump installed, and interior waterproofing has been completed. We have since weathered several major storms without incident and could not be happier with the quality of the work.

This company was the best of the best!! We had 2 different companies who came and quoted us tripled what we paid them. Slava was very honest and thorough. The other 2 companies couldn't provide us a straight answer and provided us insane quotes. I googled and found this company and gave it a shot. He came by right away to do a camera inspection and was blown away by his expertise. He told us what was wrong right away and helped us with other things. He even offered us complimentary camera inspection after 6 mos. If you google his name you'll see all happy clients. You wont be disappointed. Very honest guy and doesnt rob people!

I recently moved into an older home in the winter and once the spring came, we found water in the basement. I called Canada Waterproofers to come look at the situation and give a quote. Carl came within the next day or two and went through everything with me very thoroughly. He was very honest and knowledgeable. I decided on waterproofing the entire exterior of the home, including new weeping tiles and sump pump. Carls crew was amazing. They were very professional and hard working. They cleaned the entire site once complete and walked me through everything to make sure I was satisfied with the end results. Valentin was very professional & thorough in his search for the shower leak into the family.

We called due to a leak from the shower into the closet. Valentin arrived right on time and was able to carefully analyze the cause of the leak. I valued the punctuality and due diligence shown as this issue had made our lives miserable. We're extremely thankful!

My dishwasher stopped draining, and around the same time I could tell there was a bad smell coming from under my kitchen sink. The p-trap was leaking sludge and was coming apart at the seams. Unfortunately, whoever had previously done the plumbing under the sink used rubber cement to glue everything together, so I didnt know how to take it apart.
I called company and they sent Valentyn over to take a look. He pointed out all of the issues that needed fixing, and also why they needed fixing as well. I was a bit apprehensive at first, because it was a much bigger job than I thought. However, his explanation as to what the problem was, and how it was contributing to the issue I had, was very clear and it helped me to understand he was doing the right thing.
The work was done cleanly and relatively quickly. Valentyn also answered a number of other plumbing questions that I had that were outside of the scope of the request. Because it was a flat rate, and not hourly, I thought he might be in a rush to leave once he was done, but he still took the time to walk me through everything and answer my questions. Overall I was very happy with the work and wish I had done this years ago.

Valentin did an amazing job solving our kitchen plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Valentin and Canada Waterproofers. Very nice guy and highly experienced and professional. This is the second time we have hired Canada Waterproofers for different repairs in the last few years and they do a really amazing job. Valentin snaked out the line, and replaced some broken plumbing under the sink and in the basement ceiling. FYI, we had previously hired a 24 hour plumber (who turned out to be a new guy on probation with very little experience) who couldn't clear the pipes and just ended up cracking some of our pipes with his snake and leaving saying it couldn't be fixed. We should have gone with tried and true experience of guys like Valentin from Canada Waterproofers.
