Impressions Concrete And Stone

The original decking around our pool was interlock brick. After a couple of seasons of relaying it due to heaving we decided to replace with stamped concrete. From the first meeting through to the finished product Mike was very helpful in explaining every step of the process. His crew was professional and we are very happy with the result. I highly recommend Mike and his company.

My husband and I hired Impressions Concrete and Stone to complete stamped concrete work around our entire house, front and back yard. They exceeded our expectations. Mike and his team were polite, professional, punctual, efficient and the quality of work is exceptional.

We recently had our driveway changed from asphalt to stamped concrete. Mike, Joey, and their team started and completed the job in just over two weeks. The work was done quickly, thoroughly, and in an exemplary thorough manner with either Mike or Joey always present. Their work ethic was outstanding, with attention to detail in all aspects while spending the appropriate amount of time on any given day to complete the job, even weekends! The final product looks fantastic and is exactly what we had pictured it to be from the onset of the project. Highly recommend Impressions Concrete and Stone for any and all concrete and related work you may have.

Mike and his crew did an amazing job at our house. They worked long hours and always cleanup after. They did everything that was stated in the contract. Mike is very hard working and his crew was very polite and courteous. We are satisfied with the job and would recommend them anytime.

Update: Nov 2017

Everything is falling apart with multiple crack lines and sunken puddles within 12 months. Repeated requests to Mike to fix the problems fell on the deaf ears.

Just had my stamped concrete done by Impression Concrete. Job well done. Mike and his team worked extremely hard; lot of days 12 hours schedule in the sweltering heat. They even something that is not covered in the contract.

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job. We are beyond impressed with the entire process and end results. It turned out amazing. My project was quite a large job and mike and his crews work ethic and professionalism went above and beyond. My backyard looks like an oasis now, his design ideas turned out spectacular. He has a real eye for this.

This spring we decided to take on a project of replacing all the interlock in front, around and behind our house. As we had some issues with the water flow it was important for us to do this. After some investigation we choose Impression Concrete. This was the best decision ever, as they did a fabulous job. The vision, pro-active behaviour and personal involvement of the owner Mike was a great contributor to our decision and he did not disappoint us. It is great to work with people who enjoy their job, take it seriously and treat you fair. We highly recommend this company for your concrete related projects.

I was very impressed with this company.
Loved the work, the sales Rep, and the Crew.
Loved my finished Product.
They were able to deliver exactly what i wanted.
It took about 2 weeks for them to take apart my deck, and pour the concrete. once the frame was built, it took 2 days for pouring the concrete and stamping it.

3 years ago we hired impressions concrete and stone for our driveway and side walkway. Mike never put mesh on the driveway before it was poured he used cement that had fibres in it explaining it was better. Part of the sidewalk cracked just after pouring and mike did come out the following spring to remove the piece. Months later when he had extra concrete he sent over a newbe that told us its his first solo job and had mike on the phone telling him what to do. Never saw Mike after that and he never came back to color it to match the rest of the walkway. The second year i had to hire someone to color match it and the piece had sunk. This year my 3rd i was told from a reputable concrete company that has been around longer than Mike that my cracks are very long and will continue to get bigger because the cuts that were done in the stamp from day one were not deep enough. I have had to pay someone to color the walkway and now to recut the original cuts from 1/4 inch deep to 2 inches deep. Mike is all about the money and not what he can do for the customer after the job is done. Not a company i recommend to anyone.
