All went well. the technician, Ales, was very personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated his service. He even gsvr mr some pointers as to what to do should the same thing happen. I was appreciative as this was the first time a technician did that.

Had issues with my old furnace. Called early morning and someone came out right away. Decided my old furnace was at the end of its life so sales came out same day and went over my options. Furnace was installed two days later. Would have been next day but weather halted that. Everyone was super nice to deal with and very professional. Job site was clean and tidy when they left and they took extra precautions on the pathway to furnace as well. Stayed to make sure I knew all the new thermostat operations as well as furnace maintenance etc. Very professional. Definitely made the right call with this company.

We wanted someone to check the popping noise when flame cuts in. Technician was very pleasant, and explained what the noise was ( normal) and also explained some of the technical operations of this furnace, and the operation of the DC motor. Very happy with the service.

Our existing Humidifier was not working correctly.Reliance was contacted an appointment was made. The Technician attended right in the time scheduled. After checking the humidifier,a new one was recommended. An appointment was made for replacement,the Tech showed up right on time and replaced the humidifier. The Technician was knowledgeable and very polite. The job was done efficiently and very neatly. All COVID -19 protocols were followed. We are extremely pleased with the whole process. A 10/10!

The technician did a great job in explaining what was wrong with our furnace. He was also very polite and prompt. Answered all our questions too! We’re always satisfied with the service and we’re happy that it’s easy to book a technician when we needed one.

Alex conducted my furnace and a/c annual maintenance check Aug 17th (no charge for the visit as I rent the equipment from Reliance Greggs).
- Contacted me before arriving to let me know he was on his way
- He introduced himself, was wearing a mask when he entered the building, then covered his shoes.
- Proceeded to conduct the check on both the furnace and a/c unit, and was very efficient.
- Pointed out a couple of things on the furnace that I was not aware of.
- He provided a checklist, indicating what he completed, and made sure that any questions I may have had were answered.
- All in all, a positive visit.
