I'm seeing the negative reviews here and don't get it? It seems like they're referring to a different company! My experience with WCM has been incredible. They are reliable, thorough, trustworthy and ultimate professionals. Deanna responds within minutes to any messages or calls. As a customer this is reassuring. LOVE this cleaning service and will only call on WCM to take care of my home!

They did not show up for their first appointment as it was written in their books as the wrong day. When they finally did show up, we were happy with their cleaning service, however, we live in Chilliwack and they told us that there was a two-hour minimum, but now they have decided that there is a three-hour minimum that is not listed on their website and they decided to drop us as a client without any explanation. Also, we have been waiting for weeks for receipts despite multiple requests for them.

Deanna told BBB she just needed my address to clear up this complaint. It was supplied and I have never heard anything since. BBB closed my claim because Deanna said she would pay me back what she had overcharged to my credit card 3 years ago. This woman does not speak truthfully. Stay away for her. Do not have her clean your house and do not give her your credit card.

This company is great, would highly recommend their services due to the great pricing and quality of work! They do not judge as they are very used to messy homes - thanks WCM!
