North Stone Granite

Actually, Chris and the guys at NorthStone are a breath of fresh air in terms of working with contractors. They are communicative, personable and timely. Not only were they the most reasonable in pricing, but the granite countertop they installed makes my kitchen look so elegant (now I just need to upgrade my cabinets to match how nice the countertops are).
To boot, they came back to make a small half an inch correction and were so nice about it. Their level of customer service is not something you see in this business very often. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Chris and Russell were excellent to deal with. Both made helpful suggestions and answered all our questions and concerns. The work was done as scheduled and they left the area clean. They followed up to make sure everything was to our liking. We were very impressed with the turn around from the time we picked the style of counter top to the time it was installed - very quick and very little, if any, inconvenience. We have received much positive feed back from friends and family - all love the new renovation and the quality of work. My wife and I first met Chris and Russell at the Home And Reno Show. We had been planning our main floor renovation for most of the fall and winter and were now looking for finishes. We had already decided on quartz for our countertops and some of the backsplash but we needed some guidance as to selection through to instillation. Chris and Russell were extremely helpful, they describe exactly what our next steps should be. First they visited our home to assess the work and survey the plans. After we had accepted their very reasonable quote we started looking for the right slabs at suppliers suggested by NorthStone. This turned out to be the most difficult decision of the whole renovation; my wife and I were so far apart on this that it looked like it was going to end in divorce! Finally, after much deliberation we settled on a very nice stone from Lucent.
This was mid-April and demolition wasn't going to start for at least another week (weather permitting,) but my wife and I were so sure that this was the only stone that would work with the other finishes in our new kitchen so we decided to buy them right away. With still 2 months to go before we would need them installed, Chris and Russell very kindly agreed to store the slabs at their workshop until the kitchen cabinets were in place. When "countertop day" finally came, the NorthStone crew arrived with our quartz slabs precisely cut and polished and ready for instillation as per our design.
if you've ever renovated an older home and rebuilt from the bare brick and joists as we did, then you know that even when things are suppose to be square, they're never really square! This was not a problem for the NorthStone team. With skills and experience beyond their years, Chris, Russell and their head fabricator were able to install our countertops and backsplash with such care and precision that the end result far exceeded our expectations. Thank you gentlemen for your help, your guidance and most of all your fine workmanship: this was indeed a job well done.

NorthStone Granite did a great job on my kitchen counters. Chris was very prompt at coming out to provide me a quote, coming back to recheck measurements to fit a difficult angel section and getting back to me on any questions I had during the process. Chris was well prepared with a large variety of samples when he came for the Home visit for me to take a look through. They were great from start to finish!!
