After meeting several sales reps from different companies & comparing their quotes and their service promises, we were hands down sold by Greenfox's very genuine sales rep. He was honest, knowledgeable plus helpful with suggestions. The quote was very reasonable & mid-line priced in comparison to some of the others. We were sent two very hard-working, very qualified & friendly installers. Their work was completed in 2 days & they answered anything we wanted to know. Roman did an excellent job and we are so pleased with this experience. And the windows are lovely!!

Excellent service during installation and excellent service after with a visit by a GreenFox representative which included an inspection of the window on the outside as well as on the inside with included making sure the end windows opened and closed properly.

Pavlo and his crew were very courteous and professional. His installation crew were especially polite and considerate. It was a cold -14 and they ensured that the time that the door frame was open and the cold air coming in was at an absolute minimum. The respect for our home was their top priority as they made sure that the work areas were tidy, both inside and out. Pavlo came by the very next day to inspect the work and ensured that we were completely satisfied. Our windows are the original windows and desperately needed replacing >20 years old. These windows are warmer and make such a difference. We are really happy with the result and love these windows. I recommend greenfox to anyone looking for good quality and long-lasting windows.
