The installation of all 14 windows were done in a timely manner and we were very impressed with the care the installers took while they were in the house. We would recommend Greenfox to our friends if they required new windows.

We had some old windows that needed replaced. They were friendly right from the beginning. Explained thoroughly and accurately the product and installation process. On installation day they were quick and friendly and they came back and made sure everything was installed correctly and working. Highly recommend this company!!

We are extremely pleased with the windows, patio door and especially the installation. The installation crew was professional, courteous and very skilled at what they do. Most impressed how they treated our home. At the start of each day drop sheets were laid down throughout the work area and at the end of the day everything was cleaned up and vacuumed. My 20 years old windows were due for an upgrade. I have received multiple quotes and decided GreenFox was the right company to go with. Everything went very smooth from start to finish. Installation crew was very professional and took the time to walk me through the whole process. Follow up inspection was done as promised. Already recommended GreenFox to my neighbours.

I am so satisfied with the service of this company. First is with my consultation with sales guy who addressed all what we need and we want for our house. It is a big investment for us, so we tried to have some consultations with some other companies but GreenFox gave us good price with excellent products. Installers were so professional and explained to us everything that needs to be done. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

We regret hiring GreenFox and discourage anyone from having to go through what we did. We were promised our new patio door and window would be ready for installation 7 weeks after signing our contract but that time came and went without communication from the company, despite our numerous attempts to get answers and responses from them. We were basically ignored. After 4 ½ months of pursuing them for action, installation finally occurred. Little did we know that the nightmare had just begun. They cut our tile floor without our prior knowledge or consent and damaged our in-floor heating. They were reckless in removing our old units and left huge holes which they sloppily covered up with the wrong color stucco. The window screens were defective and no security bar was provided as ordered. Sharp jagged metal strips and other hazardous debris were left on the ground after they “cleaned up”. We have been more than patient and polite with them, but they show no respect for the customer. GreenFox’s extreme lack of communication towards us and within themselves is their major downfall. Max, their representative, does not follow through on his word and avoids communication. Sarah, their customer service rep, also failed to follow through on her promises and I heard she has since left the company. Our attempts to speak to the owner or manager were prevented. It's now coming up to 10 months after we hired them and everything is still not resolved. What a stressful nightmare this has been and still is.

Had a couple of rotted kitchen windows needed replacing. After two other estimates, Gor of Greenfox windows came along and I was convinced this was the company I needed, he was so honest, explained the job needed, answered all questions, was open to further phone calls if needed and was not there just to get a contract signed and be on his way. Very impressed with how professional Gor and the two gentlemen who did the install were. Would highly recommend this company. Price was in the same ballpark as the previous estimates.

We give them five stars because they are very professional and reliable. Easy to work with and even with som confusion with casing (wood trim) it was resolved very well and to our satisfaction.

We were looking to upgrade our living room windows to triple pane. The windows are south facing windows. We couldn't be happier with the results. The quote process was easy and straightforward. The crew doing the install we're very profession and left the property in good order. Would/will recommend this company.
