Greenfox is an amazing company to work with from start to finish. This is our second project with Greenfox to finish the remaining windows for the Upstairs and Main floor. Additionally, we included the Patio Door to be replaced.

We got in touch with Gor to do the measurements, and paperwork. Gor is great in the sense that he provides suggestions and feedback during the consultation meeting.

When it came to installation date, we had Milan and Igor as our installers. Very friendly to our children, dropped sheets to ensure a clean runaway, greeted us every morning, and attentive to details.

Overall, the experience this second go around with Greenfox is repeatable to the first time. Based on our experience and friends' experiences, we always recommend Greenfox because they care for their customers. Top notch service!

He was knowledgeable and professional, and brought with him the tools he needed. Their product was completed when promised. The installation crew were also polite and professional, completing their work quickly and efficiently. Their administrative staff is receptive to questions and follows up with any requests quickly. A very nice company to work with. I love my windows and look forward to many years of enjoying them.

Greenfox provided me the best price when I started getting quotes to replace the windows and main door for my home. They also brought me to their showroom to show the quality of the product and explained the installation process. They were very professional, courteous and we were kept in the loop at all times as there were extended lead times associated with the products we ordered. Overall, we are very happy with both the products and service provided to us.

Igor was our initial point of contact. He had a firm knowledge of the products and the respective pros and cons. He guided, but did not push, us in choosing the products that worked best for our situation and budget.

The installation crew, led by Oleg, was very professional and courteous. They were extremely respectful of the space. The covered all floors and completely cleaned up behind themselves.

Older door was sticking constantly and fairly crafty. The workman arrived on time and were very professional. They determined that the door frame had become somewhat off square due to the age of the house (50+) years and some settling that had occurred.

New door works fine but the epoxy used to square the frame was quite odorous. It actually made the dog ill on one occasion.

We are very pleased with the new door.

We just had a number of windows replaced by Green Fox and I would highly recommend them! Vlad was our sales rep and was super responsive and completely answered all my numerous questions to him. Also, our windows were manufactured on schedule.

Our installation team consisted of Victor, Sergey, Alex, and Michael who were phenomenal as they completed the install faster than expected, managed to reuse all of our existing trim, were super friendly, and did an amazing job with the cleanup. We are extremely happy with the new windows and our house feels so much warmer with this upgrade!

We had two windows and one sliding door replaced by GreenFox.

The windows were installed first. The installers were friendly enough, but the vinyl of the window frames were full of scratches and one window unit had scratches on the inner glass pane and glue squeeze out on the side. When I pointed this out, I was told that I was being too picky and that I should expect scratches because they can't transport them without scratching/denting them. The exterior caulking was so sloppy that they agreed to re-do it, with only slightly better results the second time.

They agreed to replace the sealed units with the defects and one was eventually replaced after 3 previous visits with units showing even worse defects than the original. The second sealed unit was never replaced because after 5 visits with units more defective than the original, I finally gave up.

The sliding door we had installed has had to be repaired 3 times already with the lock mechanism of the handle only working for 2 weeks at a time between repairs. On installation, they told us they'd have to screw in our vinyl siding to make the door work, leaving us with 5 large, unevenly spaced silver screw heads above the door, which looks terrible.

After installation of both the windows and doors, I was surprised that there was no effort made to clean the glass and when I asked about this, I was told "we don't get paid to clean windows".

Only bright spot was that office staff were lovely (Starla?) and the service guy (Dimitri) who came multiple times with the replacement units was very helpful and even made the effort to buff out some of the scratches that were dismissed by the original installers.

All I can say is wow wow wow , what a outfit , from the time the salesman walked into my home till the windows were installed today everything has been grade A . When they left today you would have never known they were in my house besides the beautiful windows they left behind . Really dont look any further then Green Fox

I had three basement windows replaced by Green Fox last month. They showed up as scheduled and completed the job by Late afternoon. It was a very professional job and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The new windows look great and I am very pleased. I would recommend Green Fox to anyone looking to upgrade their windows or doors.
