Suitebuilder worked very closely with us to make our vision a reality. Jeff was very accommodating and easy to work with. He worked hard to achieve all of our requests and changes, and had some great suggestions along the way. At times communication was slow. The drywall tradesman did not do a great job. At the end of the project we waited months to get some final details completed. Overall, happy with the end result, but felt we needed to do our own final touch ups to bring the finishing to our standard.

I highly recommend Jeff. His work is top quality and he is a real perfectionist and will make sure that things are completed to his high standards. I will use his company again as the need arises for any future projects!

I bought a house with a suite that need upgrades to make it meet current codes so I hired Suite Builder to do them. The job was done on time and budget. The work was done beautifully. Jeff took the time to look after even the smallest of details. I really felt he went the extra mile in completing the work. He was professional, prompt, and efficient. We had water entering our basement and decided on Suite Builders after visiting one of their work sites. I was impressed with the work they were doing on a house in our neighbourhood and the home owner too was very satisfied. Jeff Smith come to my house and give me an estimate to fix any imperfections in the foundation, install weeping tile and install a sump and pump. Suite Builders were at my residence as promised and began the excavation. They did all the repairs necessary and installed the sump pump and back filled the area. We were so impressed with how well the whole job went, they started when they said, they did a great job doing the repairs, the weeping tile was put in place, the job site was cleaned up very nicely and the quote was honoured even though they had too do extra work around our steps. I am a fussy home owner and I was impressed at the work they did so I would recommend them to do any work for any of my friends.
