We contacted Ceiling Stucco Removal for a price quote to justify why we needed to do the work ourselves, our assumption was this service would be beyond our budget. During the initial meeting, Louie pointed out several options that met our needs with the overall renovation project. It sounded good, and we really were not looking forward to working on this type of project on our own, within 24 hours we received the quote and we were very enthusiastic that we could fit this into the overall plan.We had many questions over the next several weeks as we contemplated this option, Louie was very quick to respond and provided detail no matter how trivial the question was or the frequency in when we asked, eventually we decided to jump in and get this not so fun task completed, we were feeling confident that this was a professional contractor. When the date arrived for the project to start, the team showed up and got directly to work, in no time they had prepped the house and started the process, during the course of the project we had the stucco removal crew, the electrical crew, and the crown moulding team, all set to come in and perform the tasks, each team worked very well in concession, and the processes seemed seamless. Each crew of workers was professional, and kept a clean safe work environment, including securing our home at the end of each work day when we were not at home. Louie was very reachable, and prompt at responses at any time during the project. The end result was very pleasing, the ceilings look fantastic! the pot lights are lined up perfect, and the crown is amazing! And to complete the process the cleaning crew came in and they finished up.. This was easy, and now half of our project is completed, great Job Louie! Louie and his team did a great job! He did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it! I was nervous about using mdf crown molding as I had had some bad previous experiences with mdf - but Louie promised me it would be perfect and it was! When there was a problem with a paint color, Louie did his best to accommodate me with a painter for a few more days to get it right. This is a great team - quick and efficient with great results!!

To begin with, Louie came to the home and gave an excellent estimate on time and cost. Work was done by different teams (Stucco Removal, Crown Moulding and installing pot lights) and coordinated by Louie. Different teams did outstanding job and the crew was absolutely spot-on and did the work meticulously. What else to say I was speechless on the transformation.

I hired Louie and his team to remove the stucco on our ceiling and our WALLS - the surface had been painted several times, so we knew it was going to be a challenging job, in need of a professional. I was pleased with the quote, and very impressed with the friendly and approachable demeanour of the team. Hard-working, polite, skilled. I am quite pleased with the overall finish. We did, however, have a fairly significant communication error which involved the team plastering over 2 holes for light fixtures and 1 hole for my smoke detector. Unfortunately, I was left to repair the situation with my electrician. I would encourage you to be very explicit and careful with any special instructions. That being said, I love my smooth walls!

We hired Stucco Removal after scraping the ceilings on our main floor. Louie gave us a competitive price and the job included priming. Every member of his team from Alex and Nick to Paul and Sergei and Julian were incredible and a pleasure to have in our home. They were very respectful and accommodating. Louie and his entire team are very personable and did a fantastic job. The job of about 1100 square feet was done in 2 days. Its a messy job so be forewarned but the team did everything in their control to keep the mess to a minimum and they cleaned as they went. Louie's price was very reasonable and included priming! I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be hiring them again in the near future to finish the rest of the house. If you're getting a few estimates like we did, I'm willing to bet Louie will come out on top. High quality work for a reasonable price. You can't go wrong! Thank you to the entire team! Alex came in and was wonderful. He was meticulous with his work and was very considerate of our home. He was very friendly and worked very diligently to plaster our stucco which was painted over several times. He applied, in total 3 coats of plaster to the ceiling which transformed our main floor a small little area to a much larger feeling room. It took him 2 days but he did it. My husband and I also appreciated the time he took to look for all the touch ups that was required throughout this process. He didn't overlook anything. There are some spots that didn't turn out, but Louie and his crew have promised to come back to take a look to ensure that everything works out, even on a Saturday. We will update this post on the final results!

The work was done expeditiously and meticulously. Our home looks new! Very pleased with final product. Would definitely recommend Louie, Alex and his crew to friends and family.
