Ceiling Specialists: Popcorn Ceiling Removal

I'm very happy with them! They worked around a very difficult time line for me with little notice. I went to the house during the process and the staff were incredibly nice to me, took a break to show me the work and insure my happiness. Would 100% recommend this company. The ceilings look beautiful. Price was great too.

My house was built in 1983, and we’ve been living in it for the past 11 years. Needless to say, popcorn ceiling was part of the design, which I’m not a fan of - however, it wasn’t a deal-breaker when purchasing it.

So I decided to reach out to Louis to obtain a quote to not only remove the popcorn ceiling from the first floor….I’m doing 1 floor at a time…but also to put in crown moulding.

Louis came by on September 8 to assess and provide the quote; I also included as part of the quote for the walls and baseboard to be painted. The work commenced October 6.

Julian and Nick did a great job with removing the popcorn. All I can say is that if I had known the amount of dust was a result of the process, I would have moved out for the 3 days it took to complete the job. Regardless, I LOVE the look of my new ceiling and crown.

Mike came in later to complete the painting of the walls and baseboard - 2 days to complete.

Louis and his team have great personalities, were prompt and ensured that they cleaned up after themselves.

When I decide to do the next floor, I’ll definitely be calling upon Louis and his team to complete it. AND make sure that I’m out of the house too ;-)

Popcorn ceilings can be a very messy time consuming job. Whole 4 bedroom house with ceilings prime and painted in just 3 days! Very professional. Promises made and promises kept. The crew worked as a team with minimal disruptions to the household. I was a tradesman for 36 years and not easily impressed but Louie has top notch tradesmen and it really shows. Louie and his team has done a fantastic job to our new home. During our meeting for ceiling stucco removal estimate, we discussed our plans and he listened, did the walk through and then educated us about what can be done for the ceilings and some other things we had in mind for the house. We were impressed with his knowledge and experiences and we decided to hire him to do the wainscotting, painting and adding new pot lights as well. Louis and his team do remarkable work. The popcorn was removed the ceilings were plastered to perfection. The team was so careful to cover the floors, walls, staircase and chandelier.
