I just purchased an apartment complex and needed some paint job done. I got an honest assessment of what needed to be done, the crew showed up each morning on time, were thorough in their attention to detail in both doing the work and protecting our home. And later on my friend and his wife bought a beautiful house and were expecting a baby! One thing that was overlooked when they bought the house was it needed a nursery room. Since I remembered the owner of Modern Solutions I had my friends call them up to have someone come over. They suggested them to use latex paint which is non toxic which is something they wouldn’t even think of. They were was grateful for the suggestion.
