Hi!!!
I just want to say that it is a wonderful experience to be helped by professionals that care about their work.
We could write a book about our renovation story...
In a few words, we started back in August of 2012 a two addition in the back...We are now in January of 2014 and still we are filling the pain of having dealt with a renovation company that, even though, in the beginning we thought the world about them, it turned out to be a nightmare...We ended cutting ties with him...
To add more "wood" to the fire, last October our basement got flooded...
The case is that we kept being in touch with, Marc, a great professional that used to work for our previous contractor and, through him, we got to know about "Complete Exteriors". The Parsons brothers came home, took a look to the basement (almost half a meter of water had caused major damages to it), gave us a quote and shortly after they put hands on the job..."Complete Exteriors" didn't abandon us - as many contractors do now a days. They started and finished the job in no time; furthermore, "our" Marc and Jamie - both working for Bruce Parsons - stayed one Saturday from 7:30 in the morning till around 5:00 am so that the job could be finished!!! Now, what do you think about that??? No too many professionals out there would do this! Both Marc and Jamie "care" about the job they were tackling and they want to deliver the best results possible. The end result is that the basement looks much, much better than the original one (before the flooding). It's even warmer!! I guess it is better insulated?
Whoever has gone through a renovation will know what I am talking about....Doing a renovation is a great deal. If you don't find the appropriate people to tackle it you are bound to no good. Every site will tell you that you have to ask for references prior to retaining a contractor...Right, BUT, not only the contractor has to be "good", his crew has to be up to the task.
My husband and I can only say that we are extremely thankful to these professionals; therefore, would we recommend them to anyone in "need"??? DEFINITIVELY!!!!
