He was on time for al his appointments and hopefully our rodent problem has been resolved

Peter has visited my home on three separate occasions (all for different issues) and was helpful in determining the problem each time. When we were having an issue with squirrels, he referred me to a reputable wildlife control company and did not even charge me for the visit. Hopefully will not need to be a repeat customer but if I need help I won't hesitate to call again. Thanks Peter.

My tenants called to complain that they had bed bugs. Peter was the third company I had called for an estimate. He offered the best price and offered the best customer service. He quickly got back to me, made arrangements to come by, gave me an honest assessment of how bad it was and completed the treatment quickly. He made arrangements convenient for the tenants and came by two weeks later for an additional follow up treatment. Peter is very friendly and customer service oriented.

Mice issues in rental property. Peter put traps and checked for outside holes. I had a semi and the hole was located in the center more on the neighbor's side of the house. Entry of mice was through the hole on the neighbor's side. With neighbors permission hole was plugged. When I called for follow up Peter was on time and very professional while keeping a great rapport with his clients. No mice issues since then. It's been a year now.

We had a problem with rats in our house. Peter was diligent in trying to identify the problem. He made sure to block any exterior openings and then set up traps in a basement ceiling. He provided follow up service, as well as email check-ins.

We called Peter at Power Pest Control when we believed we had mice in our basement walls. He arrived promptly at our scheduled time, and only moments later he told us that we, in fact, had rats! It wasn't the best news, but Peter helped us every step of the way through the process of getting rid of them. He was always available to answer questions when we had them, and he worked as a team with our contractor to find the entry point behind the walls and fill it.

It was a gruelling time, but having Peter by our side really helped. He was always communicative, clear, and committed to making sure our problem was solved. I'd highly recommend him.

Peter Power provided excellent service. He showed up on time, was friendly and was tidy. But the best part was that he followed up on his guarantee. Because, about a week after his first visit I began to see the odd bug every few days. No problem. He came back, did some touch up spraying and gave some special attention to the toaster, mixer and coffee machine on my counter. Of course, there was no charge. Unfortunately, afterwards I again began to see a bug every week or two. I called him up and again he was back within a couple of days to do an even more thorough job -- all covered under his guarantee. This last visit seems to have done the trick.

These guys are good. Really good! Very knowledgeable and a fair price.

The first time I used Power Pest Control they injected a powder around the opening and into a hole that led to a space behind the stucco exterior wall of my house. Dozens of wasps were coming and going, making me wonder how big this nest was. Some wasps were even making their way into my house through cracks... dying immediately due to the cold air conditioning temperature change (PPC explained). The next day they were all gone, and never returned.

The second time I used Power Pest Control it was a trail of large carpenter ants entering my home. I was killing 30 every time I came home from work. They identified the source of the problem OUTSIDE my house and sprayed, then sprayed portions of the inside of my house. A day later they were gone. Never seen again.

Peter Power responded quickly to our calls, gave us good information, was honest and realistic about the pest control challenges of living in an old house in a dense multi-use neighbourhood. We were able to implement some of the solutions he offered and really appreciate the peace of mind we found.
