Damian and Terrance of, Duct Cleaning Depot, who did my duct cleaning, including the dryer vents, were professional and thorough unlike any other company I have used.
They efficiently worked, with skill and competence, as a team in a business like manner.
They were friendly, with a sense of humour and easy to approach. They readily explained various aspect of the process.
Thank you for respecting our home even using a ! Red Carpet ! (smile) a red runner to protect our floors. The price was very good for all the work they did.

Damian and Terrance did a wonderful and were courteous, professional, and above all very clean throughout the duct cleaning. The work was thorough and they walked me through every step and made sure I understood all the "hows" and "whys". I definitely learned a thing or two about my own house. The gentleman that came to clean our ducts were very professional and thorough. We recreantly purchased a 40 year old home that never had the ducts cleaned it had original construction waste and a 40 year old coffee cup! The job took almost 5 hours and was one of the worst the men had ever seen. They worked efficiently as a team and had a friendly demeanor. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMED THERE SEVERCE TO ANYONE!

I called duct cleaning depot on Thursday may 8 to have my dryer vent cleaned as I had a birds nest blocking the vent.

I promptly got a call back and they were here the next day, I had the pleasure of dealing with 2 great people representing the company by the names of Damian and Terrence talk about service with a smile.

These 2 gentleman did a excellent job both inside my house and outside and I would not have even known they were here by the way the cleaned up, and they did not have the chicken wire to put over my vent so Damian left when he was done and came back after to finish the job WOW, no other company would have done that.

All I can say us if anyone is looking for duct cleaning your first call should be to this company as I would recommend them to anyone, and any other duct cleaning jobs I need I know who I will be calling.

I wanted to give some feedback on the excellent job Damian and Adrian did when cleaning the ducts at my house. They were both very professional and courteous. They definitely went the extra mile and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have appreciated the use of HomeStars for some time now but always as a reader. I have been compelled to create an account today in order to share with other readers about an extremely positive experience I had with this company. We tend to take time to complain about the bad parts of our day, but it's important to give credit where it's due, hence my 10 star review today.

Though our home is only 10 years old, we have needed to do many repairs and replacements as the previous owners did not do basic upkeep nor take care of items such as furnace and A/C maintenance, Dryer vent cleaning; a few amongst many issues we have faced in our short time here. Having already shelled out thousands of dollars to get our home's systems functioning properly, and suffering from a dust allergy, I knew I needed to get my ducts cleaned but didn't want to spend a fortune on one more of home ownership's "hidden costs". So I looked to the internet for a deal and that's where I discovered Duct Cleaning Depot.

As predicted, from previous comments from various contractors who have serviced my home, there was quite a mess waiting for Damian and his team to work through due to years of neglect. Damian told me that my dryer vent was in his Top 10 worst he's ever seen....I was surprised that he didn't say THE #1 Worst after what I saw him pull out of there. In fact, I believe we were living with a serious fire hazard before Damian got here.

They stayed nearly all day to get everything done properly and their energy and big smiles lasted too. From laying down coverings over my carpets and floor vents to ensure my home stayed clean during the process, to explaining their steps and their findings to me along the way, I found their professionalism to be top notch.

In a day in age where Customer Service is really lacking, these guys proved that there are still companies and individuals out there who care and work hard to make sure that things are done properly and completely. I will without a doubt use this company again and without any hesitation recommend them to all of my friends and anyone reading this review. Thank you so much!
